Perchem Hotel

Everyone liked the hotel. From location, service, decor to breakfast. We lived in a room with a bed on the second mezzanine. Yes, the windows are not big. But from them you can clearly see the sea and the fortress. The child was delighted. There is absolutely no noise from the road.

We went there in July 2013. The hotel is really nice; the rooms are spacious, clean. Air conditioning, TV. There was not bad wi-fi connection - we used wi-fi in our room, in the cafe and even at the swimming pool (although the staff said that there was no connection there). The swimming pool area is very cousy. The breakfast was quite good, each day something new. It used to take us 10-15 minutes to get to the beach and the path is really good, no dust or sand, though no shadow as well.
The only problem we faced in the hotel was the service. We saw a receptionist only once when we checked in and during our stay if we had any questions, we had to find the answers by ourselves. And you can't tell the receptionist (any other staff actually) from other people in the hotel because they don't have any uniform or whatever, so even if we meet them somewhere in facilities we weren't sure whether it's staff or guests, whether we can adress them or not. The same applies to waiters in the cafe. We haven't seen a smile from them during all our stay, it's like somebody made them work and they just didn't feel like it. And the last disappointment was cleaning of our room, or actually the lack of it. We stayed 5 days and our room wasn't cleaned even once during that time. It's not that it was dirty or something but it would have been definitely nice to have our garbage taken away once in a while. And again we didn't know who to ask about this.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and all those glitches didn't spoil our holiday. It's just that we hope that the people in the hotel will read it and try to improve the service at least a little bit.

I liked the hotel very much! Walking slowly to the sea for about 10 minutes, delicious breakfasts, excellent cafe. How many dishes they did not order, everything was very tasty! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good and friendly staff, they always went to a meeting, changed towels and bed linen upon request, showed everything, told. We were satisfied with the hotel, we will definitely stay there again in Sudak!

Dined with family, the price is acceptable 1200 for 2 adults and 2 children. We ordered borscht, pea soup, pickle soup, for the second - dumplings with potatoes, dumplings, pilaf and pasties. Everything is very tasty, beautiful to look at and good portions. I would also like to note pasties, I have never eaten tastier anywhere! Not greasy, the dough is moderately crispy, but not crumbled, the filling is enough.
