She complained all the time that her working day was over and we had to figure it out ourselves and settle where they were given. although we had booked a standard room with 2 separate beds and a view of the Genoese fortress.
as a result, we got a dirty room on the 1st floor with one bed, a leaking shower and, as you can imagine, no view. When asked if there will be a view of the fortress from the first floor in the corner of the building, we were told tomorrow that you can see what you will see.
I didn’t have the strength to argue anymore, to further questions the answer was “my working day is over.”
After checking in, we found that water was pouring from the shower hose in different directions. on the complaint, the same "sweet" woman sent us to "negotiate" with the security guard.
at the beginning he told us that everything was postponed until tomorrow, but then he replaced the hose. things were 10 minutes. And a big THANK YOU for your help. at least show some loyalty.
In the morning, early at about 8, we were awakened by the roar of a vacuum cleaner under the door. The breakfast is normal, there is a scheduled shuttle to the beach, but I advise you to go to the beach early, otherwise you will wade through the crowd of wet bodies and will not find a place on the beach. When paying for a room at the reception, it turned out that the discount for Crimeans is only for certain categories of rooms. So read the fine print carefully. Regarding the view, or rather its absence, they did not give a discount. They said to find out everything and to refuse such a number it was necessary when checking in. They apologized for the service and the disloyal madam at the evening reception. The only thing we managed to get was the transfer of an unused dinner to lunch. And they even covered us an hour earlier, because. check out at 12.
Of the advantages of the hotel - a good swimming pool, a magnificent view at the dining room, there are mini-arbors and benches with swings. very very beautiful.
in general, concluding the review, we were left with more negative impressions. Expensive, dirty, disloyal to customers and far from the sea. We won't be back again.
