Hotel "Surozh". The administration and the maids are quite friendly. From the outside, the hotel and grounds are beautiful. The disadvantage is the very narrow single rooms. Poor cleaning, for ten days neither the sink, nor the toilet, nor the shower stall were exhausted and cleaned. The audibility of the neighboring rooms is excellent. The linen is changed and clean. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast. The dishes are clean, which cannot be said about the adjacent dining room.

Surozh is a hotel in the center of Sudak. The hotel dates back to Soviet times, but attentive staff, everything is clean. Rooms are small, there is air conditioning, kettle, dishes, TV. Excellent location and price, there is a parking lot.

Great hotel. I had a single room, kind of small, but there is everything you need. Friendly staff, they will always tell you where everything is)). Separately, I will note the dining room, the food is delicious and the portions are large.

Horror (((I barely waited until the vacation was over, this brothel could hardly be called a hotel, the staff was disgusting, I was terribly rude, they looked like a wolf at the reception, they had no habit of saying hello, I turned to the management about rudeness, the conclusion is that the fish rots from the head. I do not recommend this Surozh. Now I myself will not even go to pike perch

The hotel is not bad. If you are taking a comfort room, ask for the third floor only. On the second, they are angular and small. If you take a two-room Prestige, take it in the part of the building that is not above the roof of the restaurant, otherwise drops from air conditioners on the roof will interfere with sleep. We lived in 206, the whole wall with a window in the bedroom was moldy, the room was flooded. The cuisine is simple but tasty. If you like delights, it is better to take only breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is a three-minute walk from Cypress Alley. It has all the shops, market, attractions and the central exit to the embankment. Minibuses stop nearby. All in all a good place.

Neither a kettle nor a hairdryer were provided in the room. After them you need to go down to the reception (4 floors without an elevator) and return immediately after use, because they have a hairdryer and a kettle for the whole hotel.
After cleaning the room, I did not find a single towel in the room, and the reception's response was “so you don’t need” (such a joke). Unacceptable for a hotel of any class.
