The territory is beautiful, green and well-groomed. There are no complaints about the staff. Nearby there are 2 minibuses and a tram. Only number 6 goes often. Beach 10min: sand mixed with stones, walk carefully, there are always sun beds. The wi-fi worked poorly.

Were in 3 rooms 101, 113, 209. The first 2 are spacious, the last is very tiny.
Pros: Clean, mattresses and pillows are comfortable. All our rooms have a balcony with chairs, table and dryer. Breakfasts are nutritious, tasty and varied (included in the price). Nice, well-groomed area, 5-8 minutes walk to the sea. Bus and trams nearby!
Cons: 209 has glasses, but no tea mugs, which is extremely inconvenient. There is also no brush holder in the bathroom. Kettles are given out at the reception, but not everyone has enough. At 113 there is no extractor hood in the bathroom, there is already mold on the ceiling and a strong smell of dampness. Lunches and dinners are delicious but expensive. Lunch 450 rubles (soup, salad, main course, bread, compote and bun), dinner 400 rubles. (Three times. Salad, bread, tea, bun)
