Great hotel for its value. The rooms are clean and tidy, everything is fine, everything works, the mattress is good, the bedding is white, there were even slippers. For the first time, even a child was supposed to have breakfast, although he was only 5 years old and was usually offered to us in hotels for a fee. Tomorrow is as dense as lunch, buckwheat with a cutlet and this, among other things.))) Coffee to choose from, cappuccino and not from a tin instant instant. The receptionists are polite and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. A very decent hotel.

An ordinary hotel. If the room overlooks Lenin Avenue and there are stained glass windows in the room, then it is hot enough. These windows do not open. The disadvantages include the lack (broken) of blinds in such rooms, noise from the road and curtains that let in sunlight. Standard rooms have disposable slippers, hairdryer, kettle, mugs, shampoo, shower gel. The junior suite additionally has bathrobes and hair conditioner. Bed linen is white, steamed, without stains. Breakfasts are served in sets (for example: buckwheat, cutlet, yogurt, cookies and a drink of your choice). Breakfasts are changed daily. There is a menu for the week. If desired, breakfast can be replaced with milk porridge or scrambled eggs, but in advance. There is a beach belonging to the hotel. A towel can be obtained from the administrator and on the beach, with a special pass (also obtained from the administrator), a sun lounger will be given free of charge. There is no lift, but hotel staff offer assistance with getting your luggage to your desired floor. It's good that there are only three of them. And most importantly: all the staff at the reception and especially, the administrator are very nice and friendly, the feeling that he came to visit relatives, which is undoubtedly a huge plus with the existing shortcomings.

We rested in this hotel in early September 2020.
1. Location of the hotel.
The hotel is located quite well, to the branded beach, on foot, 10 minutes walk. The Raketa cinema is located next to the hotel and can serve as a reference point for the hotel's location.
Bus and tram stops nearby.
It takes about an hour to get from the airport to the hotel by taxi, the cost of the trip for taxi drivers varies on average from 1400 to 1800 rubles.
2. Internal convenience.
On the ground floor of the hotel we are greeted by a dressing room, billiards, bowling and a cafe. The cafe is good, breakfasts are not bad, there is a menu for a week with the possibility of replacing dishes, as well as the possibility of ordering a dry ration instead of breakfast. (Convenient if you are going on an excursion). Breakfast time is from 9.00 to 11.00. Whether the time is convenient or not, everyone decides for himself.
The reception is located on the 3rd floor, just like most hotel rooms. There is NO LIFT, so we say hello to our suitcases and bags, as well as overall endurance).
Check-in is quick, the main points are explained and room keys are issued.
3. Number.
We had a two-room suite on the third floor.
The room is clean, light, air conditioners are working, refrigerator, TV, kettle, hairdryer, everything is also in working order. The room has a decanter and two glasses, as well as tea mugs and saucers.
Cleaning every day, cleaned very well, put soap, shampoo and towels, but they don't put toothbrushes and toothpaste, I had to buy.
Not critically upset by the lack of a trash can in the room and the lack of sockets by the bed, all my gadgets (and right now everything needs to be charged) had to be charged in the next room.
4. Availability of Wi-fi, on each floor there are access points, which require authorization.
5. Personnel.
The staff is friendly, ready to advise and help, as well as to solve any questions.
6. Beach.
As I wrote above, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the "Union" hotel brand beach. The beach is equipped, there are sun loungers (free for hotel guests), umbrellas, trestle beds, and bungalows (for a fee). The beach is completely sandy, you can see that it is being looked after. On the beach there is a shovel, massage room, a small cafe with hot dogs, beer and lemonade.
In measures 100-150 there is a base with bananas, cheesecakes, jet ski, etc.
The only frustrating thing is the lack of a storage room and a toilet.
7. General impression.
The hotel leaves a generally positive impression, insists on rest and positive.
The location is the most optimal in the city, and the beach is a huge plus when booking rooms in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, non-standard, very modern rooms, polite staff. The price includes breakfast according to the weekly menu, but there is the possibility of preliminary replacement of dishes. The hotel itself is new and in excellent condition. In the cafe at the hotel you can have lunch and dinner for quite reasonable money.
