Wonderful service. The staff at Hotel Ramins were super friendly and helpful!
Booked a 5-bed "family" room. It was this number that I didn't like, the feeling that you are in the basement. Housekeeping every other day, not high quality. Breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are paid, prices are reasonable. The pools are good, but they are not cleaned every day, and this is noticeable in the muddy water. The sea is not far from the base, there are sun loungers on the beach, but for some reason the umbrellas are in a different area. In general, if you eliminate some of the disadvantages, then the hotel can be advised to friends.
The hotel is beautiful, everything is clean, beautiful, for the children it is the most, but there is also a minus, the beach is dirty, I did not like it at all, they almost did not go to the sea, but in general I liked the hotel, but the sea👎👎👎👎
We rested in June 2021. Everything corresponds to the information posted on the site. Everything is clean and dignified. The sea is super, clean, warm, smooth entry, which is very good for families with children. Hospitable and kind local people. I am glad that I went to Izberbash. P.S. protective cream SPF 50 no less.
A good place to stay with children. Good thing: the territory has a swimming pool, children's animation in the evenings and alcohol is completely prohibited. The beach is nearby, there are sun loungers for guests. From the bad: some things require repair, for example, the door to the bathroom did not close properly due to a flying screw
