All just great. An excellent, cozy house for a family holiday, as well as for groups, near the shore. Excellent, polite owner.

We rested for 7 days. Everything is very wonderful! There is a sandy beach nearby. The vacation exceeded all expectations! We will definitely come back here.

Excellent modern rooms in town. No smelly lining on the walls and ceiling. We were pleasantly surprised by the interior and living conditions. Air conditioning, refrigerator, large wardrobe in the hallway

An unrealistically cool hotel - new furniture and renovations (of a high level), good mattresses, slippers, a bathrobe (!!), a full bathroom, not a shower. Usually such an interior in 4 star hotels

The hotel is just super! The staff is very helpful, kind, the rooms are clean and tidy, beautiful expensive furniture, you feel very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and don't just accommodate a bed and bedside table

Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We were supposed to leave the room after 12. 00, but we were delayed on the tour and then we still wanted to swim in the sea for the last time, so we returned to the hotel by 16

Very cool hotel! We rented a deluxe room, a huge bathroom! Everything is very clean! Slippers, bathrobes. They looked for something similar in Derbent and Makhachkala, but to no avail

And most importantly, they did not take any additional payment from us for this service. We were their guests and they treated us with great attention, for which many thanks to them!

There is a large playground, a gym with a tennis table, its own dining room, in which there are even hamburgers, and there are many shops. The sea is actually opposite, to the edge of the sand 25 meters

On the 4th floor, in this regard, it is better, but on the balcony there is no roof and the falling rain floods everything and the partitions between the balconies are too small, if you sit on the balcony you see all the neighbors and they, accordingly, you too

The beach is urban and sometimes it was noisy because of the cars arriving with loud music. As we understand it, the parking in front of the hotel is a meeting and socializing place for locals

The hotel does not have an elevator, we had to lift and lower our suitcases ourselves from the 4th floor, which was quite difficult. And just running up and down the stairs every day was not very pleasing

Even without a car, it’s not that expensive by taxi. In the hotel, sea water flows from the tap, it is not as salty as in other seas, but still. For washing, I had to use purchased water from a canister

The best place to relax with children on the Caspian Sea! Closed, green territory, with a children's pool and a playground, children have fun, parents are calm. If you are going to the Caspian Sea, then only here!🏖

Pros: good, green fenced area (you don’t have to worry about the safety of children); cafe on the territory; tasty, inexpensive; playground, swimming pool; clean; not far from the beach; amenities in the room

Comfortable, clean, good room. There is everything you need and a refrigerator and split and TV set. Bed linen is clean. Relax atmosphere. The food is tasty and not expensive.

Luxurious guest house. Polite staff. Ideal for families with children. If I am on vacation in Izberbash again, I will stay in Green Park.

Cons: not cleaned; the menu is not enough, quickly gets bored
