I got a message from the hotel team stating I needed RT- PCR report to check-in. I called the hotel immediately and spoke to the front desk stating "I don't have the report". She convincing stated "I CAN stay at the hotel.
I arrived the hotel in the evening of 04th to check-in, when an another lady at the front desk denied to check me in. I had showed her my phone conversation with the hotel staff and also the email chats- which she completely ignored and asked me to leave the hotel.
I was stranded and had no where else to go. It was almost 3/4'C and raining.
The lady at the front desk was so inhuman that she even refused to offer me wi-fi to search for other hotels.
I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel.
I wish I could give em less than a star.
Rooms are clean and comfy, free wi-fi for guests, most of rooms have lake view. Fresh , made from scratch breakfast , different everyevery dayday ,best coffee in town!
Front desk staff is very friendly and professional, went above and beyond helping to find tourist agency that .provides trips to historical sites outside Makhachkala .
