We ordered two rooms for a company through Booking - the service confirmed the check-in, however, upon arrival there were no empty seats To be fair, I note that the reservation was made an hour or two before the expected settlement. The location is good, excellent even. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are large. Now about the bad: the bathroom is very small and it is frankly cool and there are smells of dampness. Everything else is ok.

Modern clean room, one problem, shower micro room, shower installed directly above the toilet, room 1.5x1.5m
A small cozy hotel, located in the busiest place, so the noise from the growling gas lada sedan is provided to you around the clock. Furniture, shower, tea, coffee and TV all normal.
