Stayed with children in 2 tents right next to the beach. This is just a find, especially against the background of everything that was shoveled around on the Booking (greetings from the USSR). The food upset me. It's just better to take coffee. The second is often not even if left. It is a pity that they did not know about the cafe in the area. But the opportunity to wake up in a tent on the beach...

The owners are Russian. The room is clean. Everything is there, but in a minuscule amount. The sea is clean. The coffee is delicious. The food is prepared with love.

The sea is clean. Far from everything: transport, shops, cafes. Often locals have a rest in large groups. Nearby the base is generally miserable. The tent is horror! From dawn to dusk, it's a greenhouse! Cool and noisy at night.

I liked the beach very much, I recommend it to families with small children. There is a swimming pool, toilet, shower room, on the territory in several places there are taps where you can wash your feet. There is a cafe serving a delicious miracle. Large parking, asphalt entry / exit.

To the sea 2 minutes, if there is a storm, you can lie by the pool, there is also a bar with drinks. The dining room is very tasty, they even give fruit for breakfast. The room is huge. There is a kettle, iron, hairdryer, beach towels. 3 times cheaper than in Crimea for the same conditions.

Were in this hotel from 07/05/2021 to 07/09/2021! Very nice hotel, everything is simple, home-made complex food, who loves a simple menu will do it! The beach is clean, wide, there are very few people, sand + shells are small. The territory has its own sun loungers, gazebos and two swimming pools! Very handy for the kids! We rested for the first time in 2017, we really liked it. We "fell in love" with the Caspian Sea. The hotel is superb, the cuisine is excellent. The hostess is very hospitable, the staff is polite. Everything is top notch. Just for a family vacation, the children were happy with the trip. I recommend everyone ! 👍👍👍

Conveniently located building 10 minutes from the sea. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need (a good closet, table, beds, TV, air conditioning). The rooms have a toilet and shower. Hot water without any problems. On the ground floor there is a cafe. Prices are very reasonable.
