The service was unacceptable bad. First they said they didn't accommodate foreigners and then there were problems with the payment. Ostrovok managed to sort out the problems with the hotel but it took time and left a bad taste in the mouth.

Not long as good as the reviews say. It's not close to clean, but just acceptable. Mold everywhere in the bathroom and loads of insects on the walls. There's a little bit too little space in the public area for the amount of people accommodated. But you can't expect much more for this price. This is a brilliant hostel. I was checked in by Evgenia who has superb English and great people skills. My bed (room 9) was so cosy and warm, the WiFi was great and I loved my time here. Great hotel, comfortable capsules. There is a kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has a stove, cutlery, dishes, a vending machine with drinks and sweets. Each person has two lockers for shoes and clothes. The capsule has already made beds, a mini-shelf contains toothpaste and a brush, and there are earplugs with a cap over the eyes for sleeping.
