Cool hotel. My husband and I were here for our wedding anniversary. The impressions were good and there were no complaints about the service of the staff. The restaurant has a very diverse range of dishes, I had a chance to try a lot of new things and they were quite tasty. Good drinks, entertainment. We had a great time.

A beautiful city and the location of the hotel on the seashore is very good. The windows offer beautiful views. The hotel itself is well maintained, newly renovated, cozy and clean. The room is spacious, clean, tidy and cleaned daily. Expensive bed linen, soft bathrobes and towels - all this is daily comfort. We will definitely come back here again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the service at breakfast. The girl Cholpon brought me coffee twice, offered to bring an omelet. And at the end of the meal she also offered pineapples. Perhaps the only downside of this hotel for me is its distance from the metro and other public transport. A wonderful hotel, probably one of the best in Moscow. I had a room on the 31st floor, a panoramic view that was mind-blowing. In the evening with a glass of wine and good music I spent about an hour just admiring the panorama of Moscow. Good room decor, expensive gels and shampoo. Good property with excellent views Stayed in a premium room at 21st floor

I stayed here twice. They upgraded my room for free on both occasions. The service is fantastic and the location is great (close to metro/bus and other forms of public transport). The views from the rooms are phenomenal. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Moscow.

Not far from NDHX and Cosmonaut Space Museum, but very far from airpot. Also across street from new Olympiiski stadium to be completed March, 2025. Food was excellent, service excellent. Would prefer draft beer in the bar but they only had bottles while I was there. Everything very comfortable, great view, excellent service and cleaning staff. Extremely clean! Very courteous and accommodating staff

I loved the guster of the hotel to offer free gifts like ice cream or coffee every day it was nice and made me feel welcomed

I would rate this hotel as 3*, but definitely not 5*. Pros. When I checked in, I was upgraded from deluxe to junior suite free of charge. Good soundproofing (perhaps because the room is at the very end of the corridor. Not bad location. Large comfortable bed. But. The "fatigue" of the rooms immediately catches your eye. Bed linen with stains, cigarette holes on the curtains, dirt and dust in the corners...

Breakfast is heaven on earth....friendly service .always smile the russian language seems harsh however the people are superfriendly

There was no heating in the room. The AC has no heating function. When I asked the reception about the room being cold they gave me an electric heater... in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. I ordered water to my room they just opened the door and entered the room without waiting for me to open the door. Staff don't have manners. Overall it's pretty good, the service staff can speak simple English. It is close to the airport and many Chinese crews also stay in this hotel. There are shopping malls and Auchan supermarkets about 4 kilometers away. There are many kinds of breakfast, but Russian food is just like that and cannot satisfy the appetite of Chinese people.

Clean and hygienic, very good. If you have an early flight, the front desk can prepare breakfast, which is considerate.

The Sheraton at the airport is not as good as the one in the city. If it weren't for flying to St. Petersburg the next day, I wouldn't have stayed near the airport. The buffet is also very average, but you can see many pilots, brothers and stewardesses. This benefit is a bit unexpected.

Our room was not cleaned on daily basis and sometime on the bed is done and everything else is untouched including the bathroom. Rooms were very hot and there was no control on the radiators.
