Our family of 9 spent a night there and were very pleased with clean rooms, hot showers, fenced parking lot with guards on duty and super friendly and helpful staff at the front desk! The hostel is very near by Airport. It took just 3-5min by walk. And staff of reception is so kind. Room is well organized and clean. Above all, prices are cheap!

Z hostel Irkutsk is excellent! They have a washing machine and dryer that you can use for free. The common room was huge and they have a Playstation console so you can play with your friends if you get bored. You'll get to see many different travellers from around the world if you stay in this hostel. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

It’s definitely one of the best hostels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot. Really responsive and friendly staff and it felt like home to me and I kept coming back after each of my little trips around Irkutsk. Very good hostel despite some little problem: the door of the shower can't be locked and the flush of the toilet doesn't work very well.

The room has no windows, the hallway is damp and smelly, and there are only 2 shower rooms. What makes me most angry is treating guests differently. When booking, there was no distinction between upper and lower bunk beds. I stayed for one night and continued the next day, asking me to give up the lower bunk bed for their loyal customers

Clean bathroom, kitchen. There was no window in the room, so stuffy. But the bed let us down, if not for the thick mattress, it would be impossible to sleep.
