Only problem is that they don't have water heater, so you have to take shower only when it's warm and sunny outside.

Were during the winter tour of Baikal, if you are not whimsical, then you can live. The rooms are cool, the heater does not draw out, the toilet is not far, but separately through the exit to the street, the shower is paid, the food is normal.

From living conditions. Pros. Brand new buildings. The kitchen is cozy. Breakfast and dinner included. Near the forest. The room has a heater.
Cons. Very strong audibility .. The mattresses are old with springs and very squeaky. Showers on the street. Cool, not nice. And two showers inside the building are locked.
Food, as in the dining room, a pinch of love.

We liked everything. We rented a separate house. Warm, clean. Ordered breakfast and dinner. The portions are normal, not small and tasty.
The base itself is located in a quiet place, which is very good for vacationers, there are no sounds of cars.
The center can be reached on foot, through the woods.
