Pluses: the food is delicious, the view is beautiful, the pool is warm (paid), a well-maintained house with a warm shower, karaoke sometimes works, kind and friendly staff, there is parking, a free volleyball court on the beach

The place is wonderful! These are emotions, but if in essence, then - The houses are cozy and warm. There are different sizes and with a different set of amenities

It lasts about an hour, it is better to come early in order to have time to try everything (although once we came at the end of breakfast, they brought us a separately cooked breakfast, since almost everything was taken apart on the buffet)

There is a restaurant, the prices are delicious in the city, but half of the menu is missing. Room cleaning and towel change on request

Great location close to a secluded bay. We stayed in a separate small house. Very warm, cozy, comfortable beds. Incredibly friendly staff, the feeling was that we are staying with relatives or friends

In the dining room, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are two options to choose from, a little expensive, but taking into account the remoteness, it may not be very good

The place is wonderful, the administrator is responsive, who knows her job. Holidays for families with children

Ignore the reviews two, three or three years ago. This place is now a brand new hostel with amazing rooms. Solid five! 2-story room is a delight. The chef suggests what to cook from those products that are available

We were offered meatballs or stew. In the stew we chose, there was almost one potato. There is a good barbecue area. Next time we'll have a barbecue

In general, the place is not bad for recreation and acquaintance with Lake Baikal, but there is no infrastructure nearby (the nearest village of Sarma will "please" you only with a meager assortment with prices from Domodedovo airport and signs "there is no fish and will not be"), from the houses to the lake 500 m (back to stomp up a steep mountain), and there is still a high chance that you will be...

The quality of the housing itself is also low: rooms for two are kennels with beds (a refrigerator and a kettle for two rooms on the porch on the street), and even in a separate house there are a lot of small jambs (leaks, not working constipations, extra beds (and there are not many places ) and other misunderstandings) and the owners are in no hurry to eliminate them, do not expect cleaning here...

You will have to take care of the entertainment program yourself - there is only a place where you will sleep

At least they do not interfere with your rest

The houses are old, raw, mattresses with stains, bedding full of holes, gray with holes, towels like washcloths. We had a toilet and shower in our rooms. In other rooms everything is outside

But comfortable cottages have everything you need. The main guests are sports sections. There is a good boat station, catamarans, there is a small sandy beach and Baikal in this place is not very cold

We rested in August, before us it was a lot of rain. The rooms had wall heaters, but not everywhere. There are no entertainments at the base. There are no TVs in the rooms, the internet is bad

But they fed very well: a lot and tasty

Amazing place with super hospitable owner. We spent here two nights which were just perfect! The owner made everything to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. We ordered buuzas here as well as sauna

We missed the ferry to Olkhon. Arrived late at night without prior call. Accepted. The rooms have everything a traveler needs (even a microwave). The terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay.

Regarding the dances of neighbors and the influence of the administration, this is the problem of visitors, unfortunately people do not respect themselves and allow them to walk to their fullest until the morning

To have a quiet rest, you need to avoid places where people come by car. In March 2020, for a 4-bed room with a shower and toilet, they paid 750 rubles per person, in total 3000 rubles a night for 4 places

A tourist base with good prices. The rooms have everything you need: refrigerator, microwave oven, heater, TV, shower and toilet. Everything is modest, nothing more. The base heating system is not working

The audibility through the walls is 2 out of 5, but this is a feature of the wooden structure

To be honest I do appreciate running water and electricity but they're not essential, and to his credit the bloke working here managed to get both of them working, which was very impressive given he had no tools or parts and as far as I know was not a plumber or an electrician; I have begun to suspect that many Russians do posses superpowers, if anything this should just make you more inclined to stay...

I would like herbal tea, dried fruits and a nut, it would be ideal

Eastern Russia is generally just cold and this place is no exception it's also really windy so that just makes it even colder and there's no phone reception unless you climb to the top of the hill which is just even windier and therefore even colder and then you can only use you phone for about 5 seconds before it stops working because it's so cold which is probably just as well because after 10 seconds...

The people working here speak no English, during my (2 night) stay both the power and the running water stopped working, and the nearby town (reached either by an arduous and very cold climb over the hill, or a slightly less cold but much more arduous climb around the hill, that involves running away from hungry bears) is completely empty

A particular highlight was getting incredibly drunk with them at night, then driving around in the cars, breaking doorhandles off doors, and getting a terrible (but very authentically Russian) haircut from the young man while we were both plastered

The hostel is large, probably the largest of all, the beach 🌊☀beautiful, two pools🏊 but one that didn’t work on the street 😔, everything is clean nice

2/3 of the visitors were without hats (both girls and men), so there was a lot of hair in the pool, while swimming, I noticed that the water had become very cloudy (blue-gray) and smelled of something

Previously, there was only one pool (outdoor), in recent years an indoor one has appeared and for a long time it was very good, but now the quality has changed

It is a very nice hotel for staying beside Lake Baikal. I loved the wooden houses all around and also Mongolian culture which you can see with the different figures all around of you.

On the ground floor there are 3 living rooms and a cool banquet hall with a kitchen area, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle. On the 2nd floor there are 7 rooms, a toilet, a shower room

A great place to relax in winter and summer. We rented a two-story house and a banquet hall several times and were satisfied with the quality of the services provided
