good hotel in a good location opposite the park. which offers a great view from the panoramic windows. The room itself is spacious and light. the bathroom is excellent, if not to find fault, then quite clean
Special attention is given to the power supply system in the room. while as a bonus to the light in the lamps and the electricity in the sockets, we get a disgusting, incessant noise from this power supply
The good thing is that I arrived, in 2 minutes I learned everything I needed, in three minutes I settled in. Everything is fast and sensible and nothing more
Something suggests that in winter it is a bit cold to live there and there are some problems with water pressure. But it's okay to spend the night

Nice hotel. Simple, clean, modest room. There is soap, paper, towel, TV. Each room has a balcony. In the cafe you can eat, good breakfasts, inexpensive. Paid parking, 50 rub.
If you make a call at the gate, then the hotel will be much quieter, because cars are honking constantly for entry) Difficult to dry with one towel, maybe add another one?)
And a little more attention to cleaning (to clean the lamp) and buy a mattress topper and bed linen! • I definitely recommend the hotel

Clean rooms. Not a bad renovation. Lived in a room for 3.5. Morning buffet. Very tasty. City center. There is my favorite KFC on the first floor

Grate location, we got a Comfort Suite and it was clean and large. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They offer laundry and ironing(very unusual). Breakfast is good, they offer big variety of different food
They helped a lot when there was an overlay with housing, and I had to look for an option at two in the morning. They kindly helped, settled, and even extended the checkout time, which allowed me to sleep
Everything is fine, the staff is polite, quiet. The room is clean. Breakfast is included in the room rate in the morning.

Excellent!! The rooms are great! Clean, spacious! Loved the breakfast! And I also liked that there were apples in the room? local and put some water! A trifle but so nice! Few places have it!
I stayed there in mid-August and found it quite accommodating. The hotel occupies a three-storey mansion in the heart of Nal'chik, the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, on a green, quiet street
The rooms are clean, tidy, and cosy, the sound insulation is good; the beds are comfy. Breakfasts are yummy and copious. There are eight sets available; no advance booking is necessary
Their restaurant serves absolutely delectable local food for lunch and dinner for reasonable prices (see my separate review)
I was lucky: Albina found some young buffs to help me with my luggage both upon arrival and on the day of my check-out (I lived on the second, Russian third floor), but other guests might not avail of such a fluke
Excellent location - old city center - a few minutes to the park. At the same time, it is very quiet around the hotel - which is rare for such a location
