Audibility of everything and everyone. The door of our room was broken, it could be opened without a lock. They tried to repair it, but to no avail. As for the pool: 2 saunas, one of them is not working

Overall a pleasant building, the hotel is cozy, the rooms are cleaned well. Towels and bed linen are good. Breakfasts and dinners are not bad. But to order coffee for breakfast, you have to run after the staff

Swimming pool with water at 23 degrees. Breakfasts and dinners: tasty, fresh, the assortment is certainly not Rosa Khutor, but sufficient

Very nice! The river is noisy nearby, the hotel itself is beautiful

Plates from the table are not removed immediately. The elevator has not been working for several days! The transfer to Polyana Azau goes 2 times in the morning, and for some reason only 1 time in the evening

I liked the spa area, except that there are 2 saunas, but only one works

I think this is the best hotel in the Azau glade !!! If you really want to feel like a part of the local nature, then you should definitely visit AZAUSTAR! Cozy rooms will provide you with a GOOD MORNING, friendly staff will welcome you like family, evening gatherings in a cafe will leave very fond memories in your memory

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Perhaps the best service! We met with treats right at the decision, in the cafe the service is at its best. Special thanks for the attentiveness to the administrator

We have prepared cribs for children in advance. Internet in the rooms, no need to run along the corridors. The price corresponds to the service. Prosperity and grateful guests

Excellent hotel. The kitchen is excellent, like at home, the rooms are comfortable, the design of the hotel is also pleasing. A very cozy, stylish place.

A great place to stay. Very convenient for skiers, next to the ski lift, the hotel has excellent service, cuisine, bath complex, spa treatments.
