Clean, very friendly, reasonably priced

Perfect place. Location - near the water, near a grocery store and a bus stop. Cheerful host. The atmosphere smells of fresh renovation) Please note that there is no reception desk - there is a telephone number on the entrance plate. Call, you will be met, carried out. The room has a small refrigerator, a safe, a kettle is provided. There is no hair dryer. There is no breakfast - there are edible semi-finished products in a nearby store. We bought cheesecakes - very tasty. Value for money is excellent, so I will stay here next time.
Very good new hotel on the shore of the bay. Very comfortable beds and perfect linens. Most importantly, blackout curtains. Everything you need is provided upon request. The hotel has its own private courtyard with parking. Bus stop and grocery store nearby. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the center. The only thing that is not yet in the hotel is a cafe, but the renovation is in full swing.
Many thanks to the manager Eugene for such a wonderful hotel! Clean, comfortable, rooms overlooking the bay! We have been in many places in rooms of this price category, this hotel has the best service and stay! The rooms are clean, towels changed daily, everything is super! Very satisfied!
