Great, clean. It was only funny that in our room on a double bed there are two single mattresses😃 otherwise ok. The shower is successful, the doors are tight and it merges at an angle - it is not damp, it dries out immediately, this is important for me. Also great breakfasts. Caviar and sockeye salmon for breakfast - it's strong) very happy with the place.
This hotel has clean, small rooms. The bathroom is fine, the shower works. The room has an infrared adjustable battery, which allows you to maintain the desired temperature in the room. Cleaning and change of towels daily. Nice polite staff. The breakfasts are excellent and plentiful. Caviar and fish sandwiches, fish dumplings, scrambled eggs, sausages, sliced sausages and cheese, cottage cheese...
New furniture, no kitchen. Service with prompts, every day they forget something (change a towel, put in a dental or shower set, forget about slippers altogether). But the staff are friendly, for them a separate plus sign.
Excellent hotel in Kamchatka. New, clean, rooms are small, but cozy, clean, plumbing works, the rooms have everything you need. There is no only air conditioning .. A stunning view from most of the rooms to the bay and Vilyuchinsky volcano.

The hotel is good, everything is done nicely, it's comfortable and it's new. The hotel is a Soviet-era building. The lobby is spacious but the room is too small. The service attitude is very good and it is very convenient to go out.
It's still okay, after all it's average and close to the city. This city is pretty good and the hotel service is also OK. The sanitation is quite clean and the facilities are average.
The hotel is a government guesthouse, and there is no service! There is no kettle in the room, especially for Chinese tourists. Some of the waitresses at the front desk are like those in Liu Xiaoqing's movies, with bad attitudes. It feels the same as going to Russia 30 years ago. A good choice for travel and living
There are newly renovated and old rooms. The second floor is definitely new, and the fifth floor is old. The service staff is very good! There are many large supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The seafood market is downstairs of a large restaurant nearby. It is very convenient. The bus is super convenient and fast, faster than a taxi.

The facilities are rather simple, but it's ok to live in. The side rooms are quite cold, you can ask the front desk for a heater.
Stayed here in Aug/Sep 2023 with a tour group, although I had my own room. The location is near the centre of town with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a big grocery store. The hotel is typical of what one should expect in a far corner of Russia…and very similar to lodgings in Central Asia (ex Soviet states). There were 2 types of rooms….the older ones are well worn out...
Clean and sanitary, good value for money
Expensive, but it's Kamchatka. Quite bearable. Breakfast is modest but nice and very tasty. With the soul. You can live. Aeroflot, for example, their crews put it here.
A simple hotel with good location. Going see two large volcanoes, has an unobstructed view. This gives easy access to tourist places outside the city.
Stayed here during the first Kamchatka trip in 2012. Back and stayed total 6 nites in Jul / Aug 2016. It is a tourist class hotel with all basis needs.
Free wifi was a bonus, but please prepare for the slooooow connection, especially in the rooms. Food at the hotel restaurant was alright, and the smoked eel salad was super delicious.

On the high bank of the Avacha Bay, wonderful views to the horizon. A good road, around the house of well-to-do Kamchatka residents. This is recently renovated “Soviet” style hotel, that would be classified as motel everywhere else. It’s predictable, it’s dependable and it’s very simple, even poor. Don’t book it if you expect anything more then a roof and hot water. Breakfast being included is a great plus.
Nice hotel overlooking Avacha Bay. Quiet, calm, polite and friendly administrators, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need. The cafe has a good coffee machine. Breakfast is good, but no frills.

At the hotel I stayed in a double room. An ordinary room with cheap furniture. The room is clean, the bathroom has bathroom accessories (brush, toothpaste, shampoo, liquid soap, hairbrush). There is no balm for hair and I would call it a minus, because in principle it should be. On the table there is water for drinking, tea bags, in principle no frills, solid 3.
Cons: the service staff at the reception...

The lady from the front desk was so warm and helped a lot. The room is quite good comparing to other similar hotels at this price. Overall good stay.

Rooms for 8, 3 and 2 people, one, but large, bathroom, one shower. For hot water heater, you usually have to wait in line to wash yourself. There is no separate kitchen for guests, but the common room has utensils, a refrigerator, a round table for 6 people with a corner bench in the common room, a sink over the drip machine, a kettle, a multicooker on the balcony.
