Very friendly staff and helpful. Though I wasn't staying at the hotel, they let me store my luggage there for a few hours.

Fine as a stopping point before and after 'volcano adventuring' - small rooms but clean, fridge & tv but no kettle.

Rating compared to European standards, but this is more or less maximum you can get in the regions of Russia. Still it was clean, silent and in general ok for a short 3 day stay.
For breakfast you have the same limited offer every day.

Okay, agree with the previous reviewer, this is about as good as it gets in the regions in Russia. It is clean and comfortable, and probably the best hotel in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy. It's conveniently located to the towns few offerings of restaurants, siteseeing, and market.

Garbage, an old and well used hotel past it's prime. Sadly this is the best hotel in Petropavlovsk now, and that is saying some.
If you can avoid it, please do.

Small, dated rooms, poor choice of food at breakfast and quite rude and abrupt staff at the front desk. The girl at breakfast was very pleasant and friendly - the only positive I could find. Well overpriced for what it is.
