First pleased with the free early check-in. Then the impression was spoiled by the absence of a toilet seat on the toilet in a deluxe room, the toilet seat was installed at 8 pm). Then they again upset me at the check-out by not providing accounting documents, arguing that I was to blame myself and had to warn in advance that they were needed, while the hotel debited the entire amount for the stay from my card in a week…. He began to wait for her documents and left, an hour later the administrator called me, apologized and said that he would send a scan by mail, which suited me. The scan was sent with an apology. Apologies are accepted! At first I wanted to put a four, the hotel "does not pull", but taking into account the fact that this is still Kamchatka, and they only know about service in hotels from films, I put 5)

Everything is very good, breakfast is excellent. I will come more than once. I recommend to everyone !

The hotel is very conveniently located - only 15 minutes from the airport and from it it is convenient to start trips along the popular tourist routes of Kamchatka. The modest exterior of the building is deceiving, because everything inside is fresh and modern: stylish interiors 'marbled', spacious, bright rooms with comfortable beds. The rooms were pleasantly surprised by the fact that almost everything is there - large LG TVs, a sofa area, fresh unwashed towels in the bathroom, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries from Occitane. Breakfast is ok, quite varied. We visited the cafe twice for dinner, we liked almost all the dishes, the chef pleasantly surprised me. I would especially like to note the staff - all our requests were quickly resolved, there were no overlaps on any organizational issues, the housekeeping service also did its job perfectly. Thanks to director Vladimir for his help in organizing our vacation, our trips and transfers.

Awesome tea in a thermos with ginger is very tart, invigorating, this is only theirs. and, of course, the breakfast is amazing for a restaurant at a hotel, with a homely atmosphere to the fullest. I am responsible for the quality.))) I saw it, I know. the rooms are generally not bad, standard, everything you need is there. LG TVs compatibility with devices is a nice bonus. Wi-Fi, as it should be, works on a solid C grade, I have not checked it online with sessions for stability, I can not say anything. Nearby there is a store, for lovers of milk in these open spaces there is nothing to do with prices as in the best dairy capitals in a dairy restaurant with the milk of the world's only last cow of its kind 🐄. yes a joke about prices. but in general, everything is good.
