Great, clean. It was only funny that in our room on a double bed there are two single mattresses😃 otherwise ok. The shower is successful, the doors are tight and it merges at an angle - it is not damp, it dries out immediately, this is important for me. Also great breakfasts. A good choice for travel and living

There are newly renovated and old rooms. The second floor is definitely new, and the fifth floor is old. The service staff is very good! There are many large supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Stayed here in Aug/Sep 2023 with a tour group, although I had my own room. The location is near the centre of town with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a big grocery store. The hotel is typical of what one should expect in a far corner of Russia…and very similar to lodgings in Central Asia (ex Soviet states). Clean and sanitary, good value for money

Stayed here during the first Kamchatka trip in 2012. Back and stayed total 6 nites in Jul / Aug 2016. It is a tourist class hotel with all basis needs. Free wifi was a bonus, but please prepare for the slooooow connection, especially in the rooms. Food at the hotel restaurant was alright, and the smoked eel salad was super delicious.

This is recently renovated “Soviet” style hotel, that would be classified as motel everywhere else. It’s predictable, it’s dependable and it’s very simple, even poor. Don’t book it if you expect anything more then a roof and hot water. Breakfast being included is a great plus.

Lived three weeks in different years - Heli-skiing! I liked everything, the staff helpful, the hotel is cozy, the cafe standards - for the week of course everyone ate too much thermal pools and... above all praise! ;) highly recommend.
