Not once in 4 days was the garbage removed from the rooms. Well, the unobtrusive service, traditional for these places, associated with the inability or unwillingness to communicate with customers. The rest of the hotel left a pleasant impression.
Cool guest. The rooms are clean. The view from the windows of the 3rd floor is just a test. There is a Mongolian zone, there is a bathhouse. For rest after the conquest of the slopes of Arkhyz is the very thing.

We arrived for the New Year holidays. Everything in the rooms, on the territory, in the restaurant is very nice, cozy, clean and good. Thank you very much to the owners and staff. Great houses! Good friendly people. I especially liked the location of the base: there is a forest around, and you can find mushrooms and berries here near the house.
A separate small house, a large bed and a small folding sofa, a bathroom in the house. The house is clean, the veranda too. There is a separate barbecue in front of the house. There were spruce and pine trees around, a house in nature)) I liked everything, it would only be nice if there was a pointer to the recreation center, otherwise we could hardly find it ...
Have a good rest 🙏 The place is gorgeous. You live right in the forest. The cottages are very cozy and warm. There is everything you need. Rested with a large group. I liked it very much! The houses have everything you need: TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, clean bedding, towels, a bathroom with warm water, the heater heats up perfectly, it's warm in the house! The dining room has all the necessary kitchen utensils. We will definitely come again! Thanks a lot to the owners!
