Basically I liked the hotel! Me and my friends with families lived in bungalows (separate houses by the lake).

The territory impresses with its size, cleanliness, thoughtfulness. Separately, I would like to highlight the park of retro cars, it is not large, but there are very interesting specimens.

The hotel building itself is also on the level, although when compared with Turkish 5-star hotels, it is of course more modest. But at the same time, you rarely see a hotel of this level in the Caucasus.

Houses (bungalows), left a pleasant impression. Comfortable, warm (there is independent heating), with good pressure of cold and hot water, and at the same time, each house has its own barbecue area with a gazebo (lighting at night) and a barbecue. But there was an unpleasant incident, a mouse died in our house, it began to stink terribly. I began to inspect the house for the presence of the corpse of a poor rodent, I found another uninvited guest (a mouse), which immediately disappeared under the floor. In general, I could not find the corpse on my own, I had to ask the reception for help, for which we were immediately provided with the nearest house. In general, since the houses are directly on the ground, there is a possibility of uninvited guests, but not the fact that there will be free houses. At the same time, the administration tried in every possible way to rid the guests of this problem. Poison and mousetraps lay under all the bedside tables, and there were ultrasonic repellers in every room.

Now for the cons!

Here you have to pay for almost everything, provided that the bungalows themselves are very expensive, and the prices for all services are much higher than Turkish 5 star hotels: a restaurant (another story), bike rides (four-seater bikes were not working, I had to ride what was in good condition), horseback riding, firewood, ignition, etc. True, it is worth noting that we included in the price: a pool with saunas, firewood 6 kg. (that is, there is a category of rooms without these services).

Paid breakfast, which we did not include in the price of the room, we paid for it separately, immediately at the reception.

You are provided with a breakfast menu without prices, but are reminded that you have 500.00 rubles per person. How to calculate how much you can order, I did not understand for the entire stay. It turned out that we paid extra for an already paid breakfast, or vice versa, we allegedly still had money left !! In general, some kind of nonsense, and not you, not the waiters, are able to figure it out !!
The work of waiters is a separate conversation. We were a group of 8 people. Not only that all our orders were brought 45 - 75 minutes!!! So still constantly, something was confused, then they didn’t bring what they ordered, then on the contrary, they brought what they didn’t order !!

Conclusion.

In general, this is the first place to which I can not give an unambiguous assessment! This is a very beautiful and expensive (in terms of appearance and cost) place where you can relax both with your family and alone together. On the one hand, a chic area, good houses (bungalows) and the hotel itself. On the other hand, a very controversial pricing policy, and a strange service. So let everyone draw their own conclusions!

Very unfriendly, unresponsive staff at reception. All the information on how to go where, what is where you pull out by force! Very unpleasant! The park has great potential for development. Few plantings, empty and somehow in the Soviet style. Not modern. Otherwise, everything is ok: the rooms are good, the pool too, the restaurant is delicious. The waiter was very nice.
