Everything is good overall. Booked through Booking for a day on New Year's holidays. Almost on the eve of arrival, two weeks after receiving the prepayment, they asked me to cancel the reservation under the pretext that they did not book for a day. But in the end, they nevertheless provided accommodation and even agreed to keep the reservation outside the established check-in period.
Excellent location, Tiberda Reserve and Lake Karakel in two minutes walk. Supermarkets nearby. Cozy clean rooms, homely atmosphere. Small communal kitchen with everything you need. Welcoming hosts. The mountain view is amazing.

The junior suite on the 3rd floor has a great view of the mountains. The yard is not completed at all, only one gazebo. But the price is very good, it's hard to find cheaper!!! Clean, quiet and comfortable... I'll be back I think...

But most importantly, these beautiful places are complemented by such a wonderful place where you can relax from the city bustle. Fishing, sauna, BBQ .. what else is needed for outdoor recreation ?! Service 5 balls We were delighted, back again and again.
Delicious trout ear. I liked the trout on the grill. You choose live trout yourself. Friendly service. Children will be interested in the courtyard of the institution, there in the ponds fish and ducks swim.
Very quiet and comfortable place with excellent food and good service. Were twice. We ordered fish soup on the fire and grilled trout, everything is very tasty. What they could not eat, packed with themselves.

I liked it very much. Calm, the rooms are clean, comfortable, warm.
Excellent quiet place with mountain views. Cozy rooms, kitchen with all the necessary utensils for self-cooking, gazebos in the courtyard, barbecue, swing. The owner talked a lot about where and what to go to see 😊. The presence of a huge parking lot. In general, I liked everything, many thanks to the owner Aslan.

I came with children to a chess camp for a week. Fenced area. Spacious rooms, bathroom in each room. Silence, space, mountains around. Within walking distance of the lake, shops. Nice owner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
