I booked a room one day in advance, upon arrival the room was rented to other people. At the reception they were rude, when finding out how it happened, the administrator who took my call said that I did not call. Disgustingly, the administrators threw responsibility for this situation - "it's not me, and it's not me!" The alternative offered was terrible. I had to leave. Terrible job, don't go there

The water here is yellow and smelly. We got irritated after this water. They take an unreasonably large payment for a late check-out, half the cost ... Although they were only late for an hour and a half.

I DO NOT ADVISE! In Chupa they planned to be passing through. We booked a room one day before arrival, chose a room, announced the last name, and announced the time of arrival. We arrived on time, and our room had already been rented out to others, the administrator who talked to us on the phone claimed that there was no call, although we showed all the calls, they also checked our calls at the hotel - they were also available, everything that they could offer us instead our double room is an 8-bed hostel or an expensive room. When asked to give a book of complaints, they restrained us from doing what we want, if it would be easier for us. Disgusting attitude. I do not advise, the work is not coordinated, the administrators do not know about each other's work, apparently they do not make notes. They remained in frustration.

We were here after a hike. We rented a family room for 4. Large spacious room, a huge double bed and a second smaller one. Great rest before the long drive home

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. Rented a double room with separate beds. I quite enjoyed living in this hotel. Within the boundaries of the village, it was the only one displayed on Google maps.
Room
Let's start with the positives - The beds are very soft and comfortable. San knot made flawlessly. In general, the interior of the room was pleasing to the eye. Also in the room were foot mats, bedside tables, a large closet, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV set, a bath mat, chairs, a hanger, two table lamps. Each guest was given 3 towels. The rooms are warm.
Of the minuses - according to the assurance of hotel workers - cleaning is carried out every day. But for some reason we didn't.

Kitchen
The kitchen is large in size. It was possible to cook and eat on it. From equipment: Microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator. A large set of dishes and cutlery. I also liked the big fridge. There was a situation when there were no pans left in the kitchen, when contacting the administrator, they gave out spare pans with a lid.
The kitchen did not bring negative emotions.

The hotel has various kinds of entertainment - table hockey, chess, a playroom for children.
Pets are allowed in the hotel - at an additional charge.
The only thing that didn't disappoint was the water. It is yellow, evoking suspicion, color. It is better to fast with your own water, since the shops are within walking distance.
I was satisfied, I recommend!
The issue price for a two-room room with separate beds is 2000 rubles (in winter).
