On June 25, 2021 at 19.00 my son and I checked into this "hotel", paid 3000 rubles, before a long road trip we wanted to sleep off.
We fell asleep, but at 23.30 on the same day the administrator began to kick the door down and shout at the whole hotel that we wouldn’t get rid of it and would have to pay double payment for the room, when we sleepily opened the door she burst in and began to shout that we were smoking🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦 ‍♀️ And that in our room it smells like vape, I’m 45 for a minute, I have bronchial asthma, I had to show her my asthma inhaler, but she just insisted on her own, claiming that first of all we did not sleep and smoked, my arguments for the disease it was not enough for her and she called a private security company, two fully equipped fighters arrived, she began to tell them that we should be kicked out because we smoked, I didn’t meet more inadequate people like this administrator, of course, it’s just rushing like a tank, I owe my disease for my money make excuses like a schoolgirl, it was just some kind of trash, an employee of the private security company said to come to the reception, they would return the money to us and so that we left the room, we had to pack up, and at the reception, the same administrator said that the hotel owners said they will not return the money to me, and this despite the fact that they live with me in the same village outside the city, in general, after leaving the hotel, I called the police, but she never came, my son and I did not sleep until morning, and the owner of the hotel walked past us on the street and took pictures of us🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ This is our service in Karelia, or rather, it simply does not exist.
They don't even have soap in the bathroom for guests.
