- The receptionist was unwelcoming on the first day , only one blanket, no additional pillows and so on. For such a price per night must be better furniture ( the sofa was worn out and the coffee table damaged in many places as if someone was throwing it around the room)

Very hard mattress and narrow bed, just torment.
There is a kettle and cups in the room, but not even 1 tea bag.
Some miserable little towels, no sets of soap and shower caps, although it is everywhere.
Indifferent staff.
Normal coffee for breakfast is paid and not tasty.
The hotel obviously saves on everything.
The only plus is the lake view.
But I don't recommend it at all.
Ducks live in large numbers near the hotel, they love the bun, it's great to feed them.
I want to come back in the summer :)
We celebrated my husband's birthday, agreed with the administrator to book from 8 to 12 at night. We made the required deposit, and at 11 pm we were kicked out saying that the time was over. Wonderful! We went to talk with the administrator, in response they taught “sit as long as you want, but an hour is 1,500 rubles.” For 3 bowls of salad and 10 small pieces of shish kebab, they left 9,000 rubles.
Will never visit this "beautiful" place again! Thank you for spoiling the mood and birthday!
