I traveled all over Russia and stayed in several hotels.This is the first time I give 5 stars to a hotel because to date, this one has brought me the most satisfaction in terms of quality of service. The staff was very responsive and professional. I was touched by the attention that was reserved for us.

Came here to eat. We were met by an employee with a displeased look, the impression was that she would prefer that we not violate the emptiness of this place (there was no one except us in the restaurant).
The menu is simple. We ordered fish and chips and meat with spaghetti. The wait was short, but the quality of the food was mediocre. The fish and meat were fine, but the potatoes were half-baked and the spaghetti over-salted.
After the worker brought us the dishes, she immediately came up with the payment, although we had just begun to eat. As if hinting that we should get out of here quickly.
All in all, I would not recommend this establishment.

A week ago I returned from Karelia. Was there ao tourist package. I liked the trip very much. We stayed at the Mask Hotel. Clean, neat. Professionals work. Thanks

The place is not bad, the food is good, tasty and the price is normal. The staff is friendly, welcoming. The interior, however, leaves much to be desired. In general, you can dine.
