- The room was not the room I had seen in the photos . No balcony or anything like that. It was shabby ,not clean enough. The food brought by the room service was cold. I came to have rest and sleep but there was a wedding party on the 11th floor and the room was shaking. When I asked the reception to change my room I was waiting 40 minutes for the answer, callled 4 times to the reception and as a result was asked to go DOWNSTAIRS to talk to the manager who was seen nowhere. Finally , I was informed by the reception girl that I could wait for another room to be prepared(before they had told me that had no rooms available) or get my money back. I jumped for joy and left immediately. This place is not recommended to anybody. I have stayed in many places but this is the worst ever. One of the girls at the reception had her blouse not even ironed. Schock…And I came there to celebrate my birthday!!

Excellent hotel, Recommended. Clean, cozy, on the shore of Onega. Delicious breakfasts with a view of Lake Onega. Beautiful bar until 23. Everything within walking distance: shops, theater, karaoke, embankment....

We stayed at the hotel for a few days in September 2021, and had only pleasant impressions. Clean and beautiful 2-bed room, delicious buffet breakfasts, the Onega Lake embankment nearby for evening walks, the main street with shops and shopping centers is a 10-minute walk away.

A very pleasant hotel. Polite staff, clean and spacious rooms. The hotel itself is large, in my room there was a large glassed-in balcony of a semicircular shape. View of the lake and embankment. The hotel has a restaurant. Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfasts are delicious, a wide choice of dishes.

Very cozy hotel, with a good location right on the embankment of Lake Onega. Polite staff. The rooms are clean, slippers and bathrobes are available) There is a paid minibar. But I would especially like to mention the restaurants of the hotel. In the bar restaurant on the 1st floor you can have a great dinner for a reasonable price, and in the restaurant on the second floor you can have a delicious buffet breakfast. I can only sum up one thing, everyone has different requests, but I will be happy to return here if I have the opportunity.

You won't find a better hotel in Petrozavodsk. St. Petersburg aesthetes like it here. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor is beyond praise. Each dish for 5. The service is excellent.

Good hotel. We arrived, there was a regular room and an improved one for 800 r more expensive, but with a good view. Since it was only necessary to spend the night and then go back to St. Petersburg, I thought to take the usual one, and then I decided to look at the improved one. We woke up in the morning and saw this picture from the 10th floor! A feast for the eyes! We couldn't leave the window for 10 minutes! The hotel complex itself is good, there is a conference, a spa, and a bar on the 1st floor. The staff is very polite. In general, there is hardly anything better in Petrozavodsk, although I didn’t really look for it, I came to this hotel on the recommendation. I recommend it to you too!

Nice hotel, very good location, actually on the waterfront itself. Here you have the sights, here you have the sea and a lot of everything and a large parking lot. You can pay for the room together with breakfast, or separately. But I would not take a room and pay extra for breakfast. There are a lot of cafes nearby where you can have breakfast. But if you are too lazy to go, then you can eat at the hotel bar. There are many monuments and many restaurants within walking distance and not within walking distance. But back to the hotel, better take a suite and you will never regret it, especially with a view of Onega.

That's great! We booked a double room with a view of the Lake and breakfast for 20 tyr for 5 days at a reduced rate on booking.com. Despite the fog, the sunsets were great! The room is large and comfortable. The buffet is varied (and chicken broth for breakfast is a separate plus). The evening restaurant is delicious and original. I recommend the ear and a set of branded tinctures. And fish. And everything else, by the way, too. It's a little expensive without a reduced price (6000 per day for two with breakfast), but it's worth the money.
