I came from Moscow on a business trip to Khabarovsk, booked a comfort room in the Lazurit hotel for three days in advance, because I read the guests' reviews and believed that everything is so colorfully described on the site. I have never encountered such an attitude anywhere, in any city. Check in to the room under the agreement at 14:00, because I flew in at 9 am, I entered the room earlier than the time prescribed in the agreement and what I encountered: dirt in the room, dust, the room itself, which costs 4500 rubles a day. 13 sq. M, there is not that there is no place to put the suitcases, it is not possible to go through there, two barracks-type beds occupy the entire area of ​​the room, the toilet and bath are combined and so small that there are simply no words. no hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. absent. And I took comfort !!!!! I immediately left the room and turned to the reception with a request to return the money for the paid day, I was refused due to the fact that I had already checked in (mind you, I was in the room for less than 5 minutes). I began to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that the room is dirty, the room is very small and in general the room does not correspond to the description on the website. I was refused to return all the money I paid. I asked to call the administrator, the administrator poked me with a check that the number on the check was paid at 9:00. To which I replied that I was in the room for less than 5 minutes and, according to the contract, check-in at 14:00, and not at 9 in the morning. In general, they began to threaten me, shouted that I pay for the day and dumped from the hotel. They were threatened by the guards, the employees headed by the administrator were rude. I arrived alone, there is no one to intercede for me, I am in a strange city. I had to pay for a room in the amount of 4500 rubles per day, after which I was put out on the street with suitcases. I rented an apartment in a neighboring house for 2500 rubles. day. The apartment is large, leather sofa, large TV, bathroom, toilet, fireplace, in general, next to "Lazurit" is not worth it. Dear guests, be careful when choosing a hotel. Do not make my mistake, otherwise you will be left without money and humiliated. Hotel "Lazurit" in the city of Khabarovsk bottom, rudeness, dirt. I do not advise you to consider this option even closely. Take pity on yourself, your time and your money.
