First of all, the room looks absolutely not like in the photo, they took the "Superior Double" with a girl for 2500 per day, I liked the room from the photos on the site, but in fact it is completely different, so you cannot deceive people, read other reviews and realized that if they complain, then they are evicted, so at this moment we were silent, as according to the description there is an air conditioner, a TV, a wardrobe, a bathroom, BUT:
1) Chairs are not two, as in the photo on the site, but one, and then broken
2) There are fewer outlets than there are electrical appliances in the room, I had to go to buy an extension cord in order to simply charge the phones, and there are no outlets near the bed at all
3) The bathroom is very small, it's not that there are two, I won't even sit there alone, as in a basin, I am silent about the fact that you definitely won't be able to stretch your legs, unless you are 3-5 years old
4) The boiler is small, if I wash myself alone, that's enough, and if the girl helps her head, and her hair is long, then we will have to wash cold,
5) We checked in for 4 nights, in the evening of the second day we changed the towels, on the 3rd day I was asked when it would be convenient to do the cleaning, they offered me at 18:00 pm, I agreed, and went for a walk to the park with the girl when we arrived and saw that no one did the cleaning, at the reception they said that this could not be, and they would fix it, the next day they did the cleaning, but 50 percent of the hairs remained on the floor "like washed", and since they did the cleaning and changed the towels , thought that they would put a new paper (the old roll was over) came to the reception, we were kindly told that they would now fix it, but when they went to the maid, she indignantly replied that there was paper in the room
6) Shampoos and shower gels with disposable toothbrushes were changed only when towels were changed or cleaning was done (every other day)
7) from little things: not completely, but a broken towel hanger, water is constantly flowing under the toilet, slowly, but judging by other reviews, we did not dare to talk about it, so that we would not be billed yet, there are mugs with a kettle, but no tea leaves, spoons, bottled water (well, maybe we should have taken from the tap, but we did not risk it), the lamp is dented as in the photo
8) At breakfast, disgusting coffee, to which there is neither milk nor cream, breakfast does not report cheese, it would seem a trifle, but squeeze a slice of cheese
9) Maybe this was done on purpose, but you cannot close the toilet from the inside, just like in the room, the toilet does not close at all, and the door to the room is magnetically only, the physical latch from the inside does not coincide with the hole in the wall

Something like this, we will definitely not return here, for that kind of money there are better places

We rested for the first time. Reading the reviews and looking at the photos on the booking, we thought it was a great hotel. In fact, the photos do not match! Initially confused by a torn towel, then breakfast - disgusting coffee, bread and cheese are not reported. Sockets for exactly those electrical appliances that are in the room, I had to buy an extension cord for several outlets. A constant puddle in the bathroom (apparently a pipe is running somewhere). Cleaning for 4 days was carried out just before departure (toilet paper was not reported for two days, when asked, they began to be indignant that everything was in the room. After "cleaning" on the floor there was hair and small debris).
Dirty wallpaper, black seams between the tiles in the bathroom, broken hangers, a crumpled lamp.
And this is all in the "Superior Double"!
