Not a bad hotel. Polite, pleasant staff, there is a security guard, there is a paid parking. I spent the night there twice, the first time the room was cheaper: on the whole it was not bad, but the phenolic smell in the room and the inexpensive dull finish, the linoleum is so old that it keeps the prints of Sergei Mironovich's own boots, the back was wonderfully lying on the bed, but a clean bathroom...

Stayed one night three of us, room for 3000 with 2 beds and folding chair. The room had everything that is required in a 3 * guest house, a working air conditioner and two TVs, plus a balcony for a smoke break. Soundproofing is good, you can sleep.

On the plus side, there is a low price per room and a good restaurant nearby. Of the minuses - shabby rooms, dead plumbing and, in general, the hotel needs renovation for a long time.

Stayed overnight for 950 rubles. Economy. The windows looked out onto the street, the frames were wooden. Sirens, cars, noise. We must take the room with windows facing the courtyard. And I liked it so much, the beds do not creak, it is clean, the staff are just darlings. Everything is fresh in the hotel cafe, they cook in front of you. If I have to, I'll stay with them again.

Very nice hostel 👍🏻 Visited here for the first time, the impression is very pleasant! Booked the room a day before arrival, no problems and do not require prepayment! The staff are friendly and polite. The single room (economy) has: 1. Bed + bedding 2. Wardrobe with shelves and hangers 3. Sink for washing + 2 towels 4. Bedside table with drawers 5. Table with 2 chairs + cup, plate and kettle 6....

We stayed at this hotel in the summer, and now no, no, I go in for a cup of coffee or enjoy ice cream with all kinds of sprinkles and watering, rest in a cozy cafe, and dream about the fate of former guests in this historic building. A very comfortable place with sensitive staff and a huge parking lot, which is also important for the city center. And sane prices.

Nice and cozy room. But it was cold in the room (September 20 - outside + 6 ° C) and a small blanket for a double bed. Wi-fi is excellent, the room is clean, there is hot water.

The room is clean, comfortable, plumbing serviceable. Bed linen, towels are good. In the morning there was breakfast - yogurt, pancakes with cheese and ham, Choco pie cookies.

Very basic, clean hotel. There is everything you need for a business trip. The price is average about the city among similar hotels. The staff is polite. Near public transport stop and a cafe where you can eat. Close to city center and market.

Normal hotel for adequate price. Number for a family husband + wife +2 children about 3 tr.
