Stayed one night three of us, room for 3000 with 2 beds and folding chair. The room had everything that is required in a 3 * guest house, a working air conditioner and two TVs, plus a balcony for a smoke break. Soundproofing is good, you can sleep.

On the plus side, there is a low price per room and a good restaurant nearby. Of the minuses - shabby rooms, dead plumbing and, in general, the hotel needs renovation for a long time.

Stayed overnight for 950 rubles. Economy. The windows looked out onto the street, the frames were wooden. Sirens, cars, noise. We must take the room with windows facing the courtyard. And I liked it so much, the beds do not creak, it is clean, the staff are just darlings. Everything is fresh in the hotel cafe, they cook in front of you. If I have to, I'll stay with them again.

The furnishings and renovations are good, but the virtues end there. The windows of our room overlooked the garages, there is nowhere to take coffee at night, the cafe at the hotel is of the roadside level, and even the pressure of water in the shower is minimal.
