Our room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests: there was a thick layer of dust on the furniture, pet hair on the floor, and dusty bedding. The staff was slow to respond to our cleaning requests, treating a routine cleaning as a deep cleaning and refusing to even vacuum the room, even though they only do it once a season. Ultimately, they couldn't resolve the cleaning issue for two days. The only offer they made was to move for an additional fee, which we declined, as it was the hotel's fault and we fundamentally disliked it. On the last day of our stay, the room was finally cleaned. But the staff didn't even offer a word of apology, let alone any discounts, promotions, or small gifts. Overall, their attitude toward guests was not entirely friendly. The restaurant, where breakfast is served and you can also have lunch and dinner, is a different story. I'm extremely disappointed with the waiters: they're slow, don't know the menu, and don't take away empty dishes until you've paid and left the table. The shashlik is disgusting, tasteless and odorless, as if it were cooked on an electric grill.

The only beautiful things are the nature, the lake, and the terrace in the room overlooking the pond and the nearby park.

All good things end with a general view from about 10 meters away and the magical sound of birdsong in the morning. Now to the point:
The houses are located in a public city park and are not fenced in any way. This means passersby stroll beneath the windows, playing music, talking, and playing dogs. The houses are two stories high. There's absolutely no soundproofing. You'll feel every sneeze, laugh, fart, child's screams, running, and loud or quiet conversation of your neighbors as if it were right under your nose. Especially the snoring at night. )))
The rooms are all tired, everything creaks, cracks, and is broken. The bed frame is broken, the dresser handles are missing, and the curtains are torn (remember I mentioned above that from about 10 meters away everything seems fine, but it's not...). There's no cleaning service. On the third day of complaining to reception, we learned that for cleaning, you need to submit a request instead of sitting and waiting. Trash removal, clean towels, soap, floor cleaning, and everything else that should be done without a reminder are done upon request. The hotel is vastly overpriced. A third star is clearly unnecessary.

The location is good, the houses look beautiful from the outside. That's all. Inside, it's like a barn (some people like it), the floors creak, there are no rugs, no slippers, you can hear everything (even the neighbors' snoring), the toilet is for children (for girls), the beds are broken, breakfast starts at 9:00. There is no drinking water, and you're afraid to even get boiled water from the tap. The shower stall is only for washing up after... The outlet is 2 meters high, and it's not a guarantee that everything will work. Shame on you, guys... I can't wait for breakfast so I can leave.

Ladies and gentlemen, before visiting this hotel, think 1000 times !!! Today we are faced with the rudeness of the administrator and hotel staff. We rented a house for a day, a Grand Lux ​​room !!! When we came to the house we were seized with horror !!! The blinds on the balcony are broken, the electrical wiring is in disrepair, the glass above the sink (apron) is all cracked, the floor is shabby, in the bathroom it seems that no one has ever found fault with the layer on the baseboards and the corroded edge of dirt in the shower stall (( (((since the location we could no longer change, we had to stay in the wild cold ((since the heating had just been turned on and when the house of 100m2 warms up, this is a question?
