Ladies and gentlemen, before visiting this hotel, think 1000 times !!! Today we are faced with the rudeness of the administrator and hotel staff. We rented a house for a day, a Grand Lux room !!! When we came to the house we were seized with horror !!! The blinds on the balcony are broken, the electrical wiring is in disrepair, the glass above the sink (apron) is all cracked, the floor is shabby, in the bathroom it seems that no one has ever found fault with the layer on the baseboards and the corroded edge of dirt in the shower stall (( (((since the location we could no longer change, we had to stay in the wild cold ((since the heating had just been turned on and when the house of 100m2 warms up, this is a question? And in the morning we were visited by MOUSES)))) rooms we kept a deposit because we did not comply with their rules of residence)) When asked what rules ??? ... The administrator who crowned herself on this day as a director did not give a written answer to this question and spoke to put it mildly in a boorish way. The consumer's corner in this organization is not formalized from the word at all, you can't even find in whose name to write a claim !!!!

2 for catering. Don't count on the buffet and good service. There will be a minimum of products and everyone will not get it. Tea will be brought for 4 people in a 200ml teapot, but they will promise to add boiling water if not enough. I don't write about food for children. He's gone. There are pancakes, but there were about half of them for one guest, so everyone will not get enough.

If you want to relax in a peaceful and beautiful place this hotel is the one to choose in Kostroma. Located in a very beautiful park and only 4km from the city centre it makes a very convenient choice. The log cabins are very clean and well kept, and they have this old fashioned style inside. The breakfast is good and considering what we paid we are really happy about this place.
2 only minuses:
- there are two ways to get to this place and both roads are in terrible conditions for about 300m, if you don't have an SUV only drive here via Lenina street (the zoo), I think that the management should make some effort to get the road repaired.
- the WiFi was not working (we stayed for a night only and there was a bad storm so maybe it usually works)
I would like to come back more days

Everything was fine: quiet, calm, large room. Cool place by the lake ... Good breakfast. The dinner was not bad, if not for the wedding and birthday in the restaurant, it would have been your agony !!! The housekeeper met in a human way. In general, we are satisfied.

About the hotel: Not for picky tourists, the hotel is more like a recreation center, you need to understand the purpose of why you are staying here (outdoor recreation), just not suitable for spending the night in Kostroma and sightseeing.
There are rooms on the second floor with a steep staircase - if there is a lot of luggage, then it is better to clarify when booking and not take this option.
Still, I liked it more than not.

Wonderful complex! Several small wooden houses on the shore of the pond! Silence and atmosphere attract !! The territory of the complex is bordered by an extensive park, which, in turn, stretches between the hippodrome and the zoo! A piece of nature within the city !! The houses are neat, the staff is friendly and unobtrusive! We rested for 3 days in mid-May with my wife and three-month-old daughter. There was already a cot in the room for our arrival. Breakfast is included in the price. Very satisfying and delicious a la buffet. There is a good restaurant on the territory, where residents get a 50℅ discount. I liked the kitchen, we can separately mention the locally made tinctures)) as a disadvantage, there is clearly insufficient sound insulation in the rooms .. Otherwise, everything is very pleasant !!!

Quiet pleasant hotel in the Park. Houses made of wood (nice smell after the buildings of the big city). Delicious Breakfast, though not particularly diverse (I would like to see the vegetables/fruits). The only significant negative is the soundproofing, you can hear the conversations of our neighbors.
