A wonderful place where you want to come back again and again. It seems to me that bad reviews are left by "spoiled" people who don't like everything 😏 The spa is simply gorgeous, the food is beyond praise. The summer pool is called summer to be cold, refreshing and invigorating 👌 for children there is a wonderful warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. The animators for children do their job 100%. A wonderful park area. Sooo many animals - entertainment for children and adults! I thank the hotel administration for their hospitality, cleanliness, and friendliness!!!

I want to change my review, left a year ago... Visited this hotel again! March 2021! I would like to point out positive changes! The situation has improved dramatically! The logistics of the buffet has changed, of course for the better!!! Coffee machines have been added and now there are no problems with the queue!!! Added delicious desserts! Respect to the confectioner!!! Also, I saw the director of the complex, unfortunately we didn’t get to know each other ... This pro constantly keeps his “finger on the pulse”, as soon as I asked a question, he immediately answered and provided feedback !!! Well done, keep it up!!! In my eyes, you again turned into an "Aristocrat"!!))) I want to note the exemplary state of the gym. The treadmills are working, the trainers are in good condition!!! Being in Kostroma decided to choose this hotel. It is located outside the city, but 30 minutes from the center. The hotel has everything for families with children and more. Spa area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Gym, table tennis, etc. Anything your heart desires. Meals 3 times a day are included in the price and you will definitely not be hungry, everything is very tasty!

All at the highest level. During the day we managed to improve our health and have fun. Delicious food, delicious cocktails for adults))) great live music. In general, we are delighted. Thank you very much for the boost of energy)) the access road could only be better))) but it did not spoil the impression.

Pros: Hotel: rich interior, everything is beautifully decorated for the New Year, a large hall where movies or TV programs are shown, there is also a bar where you can buy alcohol and all kinds of cocktails around the clock (you can order some food, but until 02:00 00). The prices are quite adequate (for example, a glass of wine 300 rubles, a branded cocktail Aristocrat 300 rubles). Room: we got a chic two-room suite with a jacuzzi, very clean and comfortable. Heated floors, bathrobes, slippers, five towels for two, mini-bar, sofa, bed - everything pleased. A nice bonus - a birthday compliment from the hotel - champagne in the room :) Entertainment: a large gym with a huge selection of exercise equipment, free air hockey and ping-pong, a room with game consoles. For a fee - billiards (500 rubles per hour) - we really liked it, we went 3 times. SPA: a large pool with warm water (24-25 degrees, not refreshing after a bath, but just swimming is very comfortable). Finnish sauna and hammam - pleased, especially at hours when there are few people. Caps are required for swimming in the pool, if they are not available, disposable ones are issued. Meals: three meals a day according to the buffet system. Just a heavenly lunch, a huge variety of dishes from good products (Caesar with shrimps, pike perch in batter, champignons in a creamy sauce, etc.). Cons: Room: there is no minimum set of dishes (we came to celebrate a birthday, we arrived with our own, but there were no dishes, we took them at the bar. Entertainment: the main disappointment. Ping-pong - rackets and balls in terrible condition, have not been updated for a long time. Game room with game consoles - generally darkness: the hotel has 2 consoles Xbox 360, PS 3 and PS 4. At the reception they give out controllers (only one from PS4, the rest are not fully functional - the stick lags) and games (games, to put it mildly, are so-so, and besides, there is not even that - there are no discs in many boxes.) No games in the style of FIFA, UFC, Mortal Kombat, etc. no, it's sad. There is no evening entertainment for adults yet, only live music until 10 pm, and in the so-called disco hall one and a half people.Meals: the hotel has a division of meals for families with children and for guests without children.However, for some reason, the former did not adhere to the schedule at all and sat for several hours, occupying the tables.We liked breakfasts and lunches , and in t dinners let us down - the menu is modest, and even after families with children, many dishes end, it remains to "eat up" the leftovers.
