A wonderful place where you want to come back again and again. It seems to me that bad reviews are left by "spoiled" people who don't like everything 😏 The spa is simply gorgeous, the food is beyond praise. The summer pool is called summer to be cold, refreshing and invigorating 👌 for children there is a wonderful warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. The animators for children do their job 100%. A wonderful park area. Sooo many animals - entertainment for children and adults! I thank the hotel administration for their hospitality, cleanliness, and friendliness!!!

I want to change my review, left a year ago... Visited this hotel again! March 2021! I would like to point out positive changes! The situation has improved dramatically! The logistics of the buffet has changed, of course for the better!!! Coffee machines have been added and now there are no problems with the queue!!! Added delicious desserts! Respect to the confectioner!!! Also, I saw the director of the complex, unfortunately we didn’t get to know each other ... This pro constantly keeps his “finger on the pulse”, as soon as I asked a question, he immediately answered and provided feedback !!! Well done, keep it up!!! In my eyes, you again turned into an "Aristocrat"!!))) I want to note the exemplary state of the gym. The treadmills are working, the trainers are in good condition!!! Being in Kostroma decided to choose this hotel. It is located outside the city, but 30 minutes from the center. The hotel has everything for families with children and more. Spa area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Gym, table tennis, etc. Anything your heart desires. Meals 3 times a day are included in the price and you will definitely not be hungry, everything is very tasty!

All at the highest level. During the day we managed to improve our health and have fun. Delicious food, delicious cocktails for adults))) great live music. In general, we are delighted. Thank you very much for the boost of energy)) the access road could only be better))) but it did not spoil the impression.

Pros: Hotel: rich interior, everything is beautifully decorated for the New Year, a large hall where movies or TV programs are shown, there is also a bar where you can buy alcohol and all kinds of cocktails around the clock (you can order some food, but until 02:00 00). The prices are quite adequate (for example, a glass of wine 300 rubles, a branded cocktail Aristocrat 300 rubles). Room: we got a chic two-room suite with a jacuzzi, very clean and comfortable. Heated floors, bathrobes, slippers, five towels for two, mini-bar, sofa, bed - everything pleased. A nice bonus - a birthday compliment from the hotel - champagne in the room :) Entertainment: a large gym with a huge selection of exercise equipment, free air hockey and ping-pong, a room with game consoles. For a fee - billiards (500 rubles per hour) - we really liked it, we went 3 times. SPA: a large pool with warm water (24-25 degrees, not refreshing after a bath, but just swimming is very comfortable). Finnish sauna and hammam - pleased, especially at hours when there are few people. Caps are required for swimming in the pool, if they are not available, disposable ones are issued. Meals: three meals a day according to the buffet system. Just a heavenly lunch, a huge variety of dishes from good products (Caesar with shrimps, pike perch in batter, champignons in a creamy sauce, etc.). Cons: Room: there is no minimum set of dishes (we came to celebrate a birthday, we arrived with our own, but there were no dishes, we took them at the bar. Entertainment: the main disappointment. Ping-pong - rackets and balls in terrible condition, have not been updated for a long time. Game room with game consoles - generally darkness: the hotel has 2 consoles Xbox 360, PS 3 and PS 4. At the reception they give out controllers (only one from PS4, the rest are not fully functional - the stick lags) and games (games, to put it mildly, are so-so, and besides, there is not even that - there are no discs in many boxes.) No games in the style of FIFA, UFC, Mortal Kombat, etc. no, it's sad. There is no evening entertainment for adults yet, only live music until 10 pm, and in the so-called disco hall one and a half people.Meals: the hotel has a division of meals for families with children and for guests without children.However, for some reason, the former did not adhere to the schedule at all and sat for several hours, occupying the tables.We liked breakfasts and lunches , and in t dinners let us down - the menu is modest, and even after families with children, many dishes end, it remains to "eat up" the leftovers.

Rested with a child in this hotel. Everything is very good except for the audibility in the rooms. In the next room, they just talk not loudly, but you can hear everything. After 23:00, the TV did not work loudly, a security guard came and politely asked to turn down the volume. Why?! Behind the wall, the child cannot sleep. It is necessary then to accommodate everyone with small children in one wing, and vacationers without children or with teenagers in another. It's stressful, of course. I love children, but in this situation I came to relax. The pool is almost always full. During the week it is still tolerable, and on weekends there are a lot of vacationers and all with kids. They splash, they scream. As for the food, everything is delicious, varied. Always fruits and vegetables. Various meat appetizers, salads in addition to the main dishes. From entertainment table tennis, air hockey, gym, children's room. Movies on the big screen in the evening. All this is in the description of the hotel. I would come back here again.

We rested with friends at the weekend, we liked everything ... we arrived at 14.00, settled right there, rooms with high ceilings, a huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi and heated floors, perfect cleanliness everywhere, snow-white towels and linen .... then we went for lunch , a huge hall, no one interferes with anyone, tables at a sufficient distance from each other ... for food - buffet, salads in assortment, cold cuts, cheeses, hot hodgepodge and mashed soup, pork goulash and delicious boiled beef, right slices, for garnish, mashed potatoes, pasta .. really liked the bulgur with mushrooms, meatballs .. worthy pastries, delicious pies, cakes, coffee, a large selection, also delicious, after dinner we walked around the territory, everything is very beautiful and well-groomed, rabbits run around, marans the nobles come right on their own, raccoons and other animals))) the staff is friendly .. almost invisible) further to the sauna and hammam, went, swam in the pool and rest before dinner, in the evening there was a concert with live performance, danced, played table tennis ... in the morning we went for a run around the lake with swans))) and to the gym, then for breakfast, by the way, for food, everything is very worthy, the only negative in our 222 room is the absolute audibility of the neighbors, and they just talked in an ordinary tone , we started at 6 in the morning, respectively, we woke up and couldn’t fall asleep any longer ... We want to come again, but we will clarify in advance on soundproofing, because. the friends who were with us in the corner room could not hear the neighbors ... although, maybe there were none .. The place is definitely cool, for relaxing both in summer and in winter! I recommend!)
