Very nice rooms, the room has everything from a gown to a dental kit! Free Hamam and Finnish sauna, swimming pool outside, heated, but not hot! Prices in Spa is too big! The hotel restaurant is very good, cooked all very tasty, the prices are appropriate, the average check per person for dinner 1500-2000! In General, all level, very much!

Balcony overlooking Lake Abrau. The size of the room, of course, is not "luxury", the dimensions are definitely "Provencal" :) Heated outdoor pool and a good spa area with saunas

Have been here several times! I liked it very much. Great rooms in Provence style, cool pool and spa. the breakfasts are very tasty. We like to dine in the restaurant.

I stayed at the hotel and used the pool and saunas exclusively. The pool is cold (in October). The interior and lighting in the hall with sun loungers - well, this is. exposure and the feeling of a public bath

Nice, clean and pleasant rooms. There is a heated pool. Good Breakfast , well maintained grounds, helpful staff. Recommend!

Stayed at the hotel from 19 to 22 September 2020 I liked everything very much. Fresh hotel, new renovation, everything is clean and cozy, parking, swimming pool, good breakfasts

Very nice and helpful staff, especially the mother of the hotel owner, a lovely woman. From the embankment 5 minutes to the center of the mini-10. But it's not a problem for us, we love to walk

If there wasn’t this crazy lady at the reception - there would be 5 stars

But the main thing is the terribly squeaky beds !!!! I haven't seen this for a long time! Forget about making love - they will hear by the lake! There is no soap or shampoo. It can be seen that they are not worn out

If I could put 10 stars, I would!!! This is a very cool place! While this is the best vacation spot in the Krasnodar Territory😃everything is thought out to the smallest detail! We were in the Mosfilm house, with our own font, to say great, to say nothing! One minus, time flies just instantly🙈thank you very much to the owners and employees, you are great fellows, good luck to you and more customers

The center is 20 minutes walk along a beautiful lake! And also the opportunity to visit the sauna or hammam, for an additional fee The staff is polite and helpful! In general, I liked everything, we will be happy to come back again!

Great hotel! Cozy rooms, everything you need is given out upon check-in, breakfasts are very hearty and are included in the price Also on the territory there is a cafe with reasonable prices and a delicious varied menu

We lived there for about a week. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, clean. The bathroom was fabulous. The administrator is a kind, friendly woman. I bet 4 for the occasional confusion in room service and breakfast

The rooms are quiet, the beds are wonderful! The area is lovely. BUT I was outraged by the “throw on savings” payment scheme - it is not safe and involves a commission
