We live with children in a deluxe room. This is a catastrophe. The sofa and chair are shabby. The walls are painted with chalk paint and stain clothes, we go scrubbing. plumbing is dirty, the toilet bowl is black even after 2 cleanings.
The room does not have a sink in the kitchen. Assorted crockery. The sofa is uncomfortable, short. The folding bed crushes with slats, they asked for a second mattress, it got better.
From the pros:
Perfectly clear sea, like nowhere else.
Raccoons (children are delighted)
Good food (buffet), but this is an invited company and has nothing to do with the stars.

Absolutely disgusting boarding house, which I did not recommend to anyone. Unfortunately, the picturesque location does not take away the fact that a room for 5000 rubles without food looks absolutely disgusting, but first things first. At the entrance to the boarding house, we went through more than one circle of hell. Firstly, we managed to book a room on the site at a discount and when paying for 3 nights for 14,600 rubles, we had to pay 30% for the reservation. Having called the number indicated on the official website, we were answered only on the second day that, supposedly, there is no such price list anymore and the cost of this room is 9000 rubles per night, to which we did not respond and booked a room on the website. Upon arrival, we were not allowed to drive into the territory by car, the phrases that we had a room reservation did not affect the security. After that, we went on foot to the reception, where we were again told about the cost of rooms and could not check us in, because they (attention!) do not have the Internet and there is no connection with the outside world. The employees are completely incompetent in administrative matters, they photographed passports in order to inspire us later, when the Internet supposedly appears. It is worth noting that we were settled at a cost of 14600 for 3 nights! After we were taken to a room overlooking the sea, and it turned out to be really true, the sea was visible and quite well, only at the same time there were no basic personal hygiene products in the room, such as disposable toothbrushes and paste. Secondly, the room itself was absolutely terribly cleaned, in the bathroom on the walls of the cabin, by the way, terribly flimsy, there was someone's hair! Thirdly, the complaints were not addressed to the administration, since they had never been on site, and no one picked up the phone on the numbers that were indicated as contacts. For two days, not only did no one come to us to perform an act of cleaning, so no one at least did not replace the towels for us NEVER! ON THE SEA! The TV in the room did not turn on, because the remote does not work, and turning on the TV from the button, we found that there was simply no connection to the antenna. The pool, by the way, is closed for repairs, there is not a word about this on the site and the prices are not reduced in this regard. The beach adjacent to their territory is also under restoration supposedly, no one gives out sunbeds and towels promised at the reception. In conclusion, I want to say that I have not seen a more terrible place, if it would cost 2000 rubles per night - there would be no questions.
