I decided to write a review just to prevent potential guests from getting the wrong impression due to an inappropriate review lower than 1 star.
We stayed there for the New Year 2021-2022. We liked almost everything. The receptionist was friendly, explained everything, and provided instructions. We had no problems checking in or checking out.
The pool is open 24 hours a day, but general use is free until 8:00 PM. After that, it's only for those who rent the sauna (the pool is also included). So, after 8:00 PM, you can pay to have the pool to yourself, which I consider a plus, not a minus! The water in the pool is 30 degrees Celsius, making it a wonderful place to swim in the winter. And yes, there are indeed rules in the pool (no jumping off the sides, no splashing, no leaving children unattended, etc.), but any reasonable person should understand that these rules are NECESSARY for normal recreation, otherwise conflicts are inevitable. On the downside, I'd say compliance with these rules wasn't strictly enforced, unfortunately. For example, one day, four or five small children were brought to the pool, and then an adult left, leaving the children splashing ALONE in the two-meter-deep pool with no adult supervision whatsoever. It seems no one is watching the CCTV cameras.
The kitchen was open until 9:00 PM (keep in mind this is winter; in summer, it might be longer). I can't imagine anyone cooking anything AT NIGHT! Regarding not frying seafood – yes, that's true. But this is a necessary requirement to avoid turning the kitchen into a pigsty (we previously stayed at another guesthouse on Chkalov Street, and while you could do anything in the kitchen, it was actually disgusting to enter – like a dorm).
The hotel buildings themselves are beautiful; you can tell they weren't built and finished on the cheap, like most. It's clear a lot of money has been invested in these buildings and the renovations. The rooms are cozy and clean, with balconies, a table, chairs, and a clothes dryer. Since we stayed in winter, we appreciated a cool feature: the hotel has underfloor heating, the temperature of which you can regulate yourself right in your room! It was very pleasant to walk barefoot. The room includes a TV, refrigerator, split-system air conditioner, bathroom, closet, and dressers. There's one electric kettle per floor, and one iron for both floors. A review below mentioned slamming doors – unfortunately, this is true. It was indeed difficult to sleep at times because of the neighbors constantly slamming their doors.
The grounds are well-kept and cozy, with four gazebos and underground parking (250 rubles per day).
Regarding the surroundings, the sea is a 3-5-minute walk away, along with two beaches. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants on every corner. Plenty of shops selling wine, souvenirs, fruit, honey, and more—all within a 2-3-minute walk. Public transportation stops are nearby, if needed.
Overall, the hotel itself left an exceptionally positive impression and will definitely not disappoint.

We stayed with friends from May 17, 2021 to May 23, 2021, renting two double rooms.
The pros are nice rooms and a warm pool, that's about it.
Check-in is at 12:00 PM; we drove and arrived between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. We were checked in immediately, but they charged us half the daily room rate.
Now for the cons:
The doors slam so hard in the rooms that it's impossible to sleep; they don't close any other way.
The kitchen is open until 10:00 PM, then it's locked; this isn't mentioned anywhere, not even on the website. The pool is open until 9:00 PM, but they also didn't mention that.
Seafood isn't allowed in the kitchen, and frying anything is also prohibited, completely prohibited, even if you really wanted to, as there are no frying pans. However, to be fair, they did open the kitchen at 7:00 AM once upon request, because generally, it's hard to eat at 7:00 AM in the off-season. There's nowhere to go.
The service is worse than hell, you can't do everything.
I washed my hands in the wrong place, I spilled water in the pool (you can't do anything in the pool either, you can only use it as a bathtub). Upon check-in, they said they'd let us pay for anything we break.
When we checked out, they checked to see if we'd stolen the batteries in the remote control.
The hosts were incredibly inhospitable.
It was uncomfortable to live there; you were afraid to take an extra step.
We'll never go back there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We left with a feeling of relief.

The only plus is the proximity of the beach, otherwise it's disgusting. It was very dirty, the roof was leaking, and the drain in the shower was not working. Toilet paper was brought in a day :) No shampoo, soap, towels for feet. The air conditioning did not work (they refused to fix it) and there was no light in the shower room. For a long time they ran after the hostess of the hotel with a request to provide a second set of linen in a double room. Some negative memories of this place!

Terrible in one word. Mud is everywhere. There is no staff at all. There is no territory. Some cars are parked. No place to play with kids. They inflated the trampoline once, my child wanted to jump. He was immediately removed. It turned out it was for the director's granddaughter. This is the attitude

The hotel is clean and comfortable, suitable for young people and families with children. In place of the leadership, I would settle these categories away from each other, but during the peak season it is difficult. Nearby - the sea and the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, many cafes and resort town. The rooms are comfortable and the price is amazing. I recommend - price / quality for 5

Great hotel, updated and clean. Near the sea, the rooms are comfortable, and the prices are lower than similar options! All 10 points, I recommend
