The place is clean and nicely located. Single reception for zillion of buildings is very inconvenient!

Now February-March here is quiet and peaceful. There is no kettle in the room. Good shop on site. At this time the restaurant is closed. Summer to sea dalekovato, I think.

Convenient infrastructure, sauna, pool, gym, bathroom. Clean and tidy. Wifi is so-so. AC charged, blows fresh Alpine air.

Guys, this is an amazing hotel! You can relax here in any season. There are heated pools and saunas, a free shuttle to Rosa Khutor during ski season, and so on. I have been staying at this hotel 4 times a year since 2020 and I have never been dissatisfied. I really liked the hotel! Everything was clean and cozy, and it was close to the sea. There was an outdoor heated pool, sun loungers, and a children's play area. The restaurant was top-notch. Everything was delicious, the food was fantastic.

The second floor is above the laundry room, so the rooms are very noisy. Some of the windows overlook the collapsed building with broken glass. A cockroach was seen in the room. But the food is very tasty and beautiful 👍 there are no comments on the food.

Great hotel! Stayed in February with a child and mother. 7 minutes by car from the airport. The view to the sea and the Olympic Park. In the morning you can walk along the quiet coastline. In the evening you can to get acquainted with any cuisine of the world walking along the street, plenty of bars and restaurants to suit every taste. The hotel staff is very polite. The rooms are cozy, impeccably clean. Beautiful interior. There are wo restaurants: one is open for Breakfast, the other is for all the rest of the time. Breakfast buffet with a huge choice for any sophisticated guest. On weekends, breakfast is served with champagne and caviar that decorates the stay)
