The hotel is very budget friendly and you shouldn't expect much from it. But clean and spacious air conditioned rooms. Bathrooms are clean and free of mildew. There is a refrigerator and a TV in the room, a kettle and a cooler on the floor. Special thanks to the staff for their helpfulness and friendliness!

Nice guest house. The room is clean, white bedding. Air conditioning, TV. There is a small pool. Walking distance to shops, canteens. The sea is 10 minutes away. You can walk to the Olympic Park, or rent a scooter or bicycle (they stand at every step).

About the hotel: clean, nice. There is a small pool (during our visit it was only flooded). There are tables on the klitsa and you can order food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). It's very convenient, in my opinion. The rooms are clean. 2nd and higher floors with balconies. 1st floor without balconies. The bathroom has shampoo and soap. There was a hairdryer in one of the rooms. Iron and water boilers on the floor. Administrators are only gaining experience (in my opinion), because. We have not had a pleasant experience. We visited with a large company and the administrator settled us with the child in a room where even a crib does not fit (although the child is already 3 years old). Allegedly, she did not know that we were with a child (it was indicated in the voucher). Fortunately for us, we managed to exchange rooms with friends, otherwise we would have had to sleep three of us with a child on the same bed.

Super super! Wonderful place! It takes 15 minutes to get to the sea, but that's the class! It's better than living right by the sea! We go to different beaches every day. We rent bicycles right at the Rostov hotel !!! The rooms are spacious! There is tv, air conditioning. Change linen. Convenient staircase. Friendly hosts !!! They are met from the railway or the airport for free, if you are for a week or more)
