A small cozy Guesthouse five minutes walk from the sea suitable for families with children. It offers cosy rooms, quiet environment and green lawn.

Location: Sochi, 8 km from Sochi airport, 7 km from the railway station Adler.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

The hotel has 108 rooms.

Beach: public pebble 150 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

From June to September, a dining room open seven days a week. In the low season meals by agreement.

In general, everything is quite good. They write 2 stars, it shows 3 on the maps, I added both indicators and it turned out 5. I will explain - of course the boarding house is old, not fashionable and not pretentious, but this is exactly what influenced my assessment. No one made a noise, no one yelled, no one was rowdy. It is necessary to refresh the repair and furniture, the soundproofing of course suffers, you can hear everything and everyone, but for that there is a heated pool and quite friendly and helpful staff. In general, the owners have something to strive for and improve! I wish you success and prosperity!

We were there in October and there weren't many people. They lived on the attic floor. Very decent rooms, clean. Good furniture. Friendly staff. Beautifully landscaped area, there is a small pool. In October it was very comfortable to swim in it. I would like to thank you for your time at this guesthouse.

Went with a friend at the beginning of September, really liked it. The first time in this boarding house was in May. Therefore, we returned to the Sun. Quiet cozy corner. Clean, tidy, friendly staff. The room is great with a balcony. Large refrigerator. The food is beyond praise. We took breakfast, as we were leaving on excursions, but if you had free time, you ate in the Sun. Lunch and dinner can be paid by cash or card. When there was a storm, we swam in the pool. To the sea about 10 minutes through the shopping arcade. Near magnet, KB. I recommend to everyone. To the airport by taxi Yandex 12-18 minutes. 350 rub.

We have been here since May 17th. Excellent guest house. To the beach "Chkalovskiy" 5 minutes walk, all shops, stops nearby. Polite and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel has a canteen, prices are reasonable, very tasty and varied food, I also want to note the canteen staff, very polite and good women. There is a heated pool, you can take a sunbed. For children there is a playground in the yard. The hotel also has a gym and table tennis, but unfortunately, due to quarantine restrictions, they did not work. In general, the hotel is value for money, highly recommended!

horrible smell in the rooms,cold,noisy.
Bad service,unfriendly receptionist and some staff.
The rooms are a bit dusty,the toilets are in the opposite state,the glasses in the rooms is very dirty

In the rooms it's freezing! Arrived in the winter season, the window is not tightly closed, sleeping in underwear! Boiler of boiling water is not! Dining room not working! Out of the bath with the toilet smell stink! Sanitation of the bathroom just awful!!
