A wonderful hotel, it lives up to its 5 stars, an ideal place to relax with children: on the seashore, its own area with sun loungers, warm pools, children's entertainment from morning to evening, a playroom, a children's menu, comfortable beds and pillows, snow-white linen; especially the children's beds are very beautiful. Everything is sparkling clean, as advertised. 24-hour medical center. And, of course, the staff is friendly. They brought the child his own potty and bath. There is an iron in the room. In general, everything is super!!!

The food is also very good and varied. Someone in the reviews wrote that there is no red fish, we saw it every day))) all the dishes are very tasty... I recommend syrniki for breakfast... this is something else. There is still a small minus, the coffee is not tasty and the coffee machine does not make foam, but simply adds milk. Otherwise, there are no minuses at all, so 5+, I hope they will figure it out with coffee ..

Pleasantly surprised by the service of this hotel, from housekeeping, spa, to restaurant and menu. There is a children's room, and interactive performances for children, cinema. It is located on the first line and has a great sea view 🌊 from the elevators and the hall, a pleasant atmosphere and Music 🎵 on the 2nd floor. We didn't expect to be honest! Excellent, new hotel, the room was perfect, the food is quite, there is something to choose from the buffet, a good beach, first line, an excellent pool and SPA, what to say, a new hotel, this is a new hotel, let's see what happens next, yes, on the days of your stay I had a DR so the hotel presented a compliment, a bottle of champagne and fruit.

We were in the spa all day, open from 9.00 to 21.00. (out of season 1500 rubles per person), prices need to be clarified.
Finnish and aroma sauna, hammam, swimming pools for adults and children indoors, as well as outdoor (unfortunately they didn’t dare to swim in the open because of bad weather, there was a strong wind).
I recommend visiting the SPA to all friends and strangers, you will not regret it. Complete relaxation for body and soul!

This place is amazing, we loved it! The staff was polite and customer-focused. We spent the entire day in the spa; it's open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (off-season, 1,500 rubles per person); please confirm prices. There's a Finnish and aroma sauna, a hammam, and indoor and outdoor pools for adults and children (unfortunately, we didn't dare swim in the outdoor pool due to the bad weather; it was very windy). I highly recommend this spa to everyone I know and don't know; you won't regret it. It's a complete relaxation experience for body and soul! We'll definitely be back.
