Everything's fine. I'd recommend playing some calm classical music in the dining room. Vacationers are running from room to room when trying to decide what to eat. Calm music relaxes them; it wouldn't be so chaotic. I was pleasantly surprised by the mid-day meals and the fruit stand. This wasn't the case in 2019. The staff is mostly polite (except for the lady who hands out beach towels).

A good hotel for a family vacation. Large, green, enclosed area. Lots of activities for children. Bicycle and scooter rentals on site. Free inflatable trampoline. Private beach with sandy entry. Good home-cooked meals. Excellent service.

A good place if you can't fly to Turkey. The food is good, the staff is excellent, polite, and helpful. I really hope everything works out for the hotel and it reaches the level of "Turlandia" and doesn't slide into a money-grubbing scam. Now to the point: 1. I liked the beach; we were there in May and there was no seaweed. 2. The food is good, sufficient. 3. The entertainers, waiters, maids, gardeners, reception – everyone is nice, helpful, and pleasant. 4. The room, specifically for my family, was standard – not big, but cozy. 5. The grounds are large, with plenty of room to walk around. P.S.: It doesn't quite reach Turkey's standards, but it's striving for it, and it shows.

A great place to relax with the whole family! Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff! The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and conveniently planned out, a lot of greenery! Our room was cozy, it was cleaned just perfect, every day, and with our children it was a must! The hotel has its own beach, sandy, clean, and we were lucky the water was also crystal clear! In the evening, entertainment programs for adults and children are held, so there was no question of what to do in the evening, everything is perfectly and interestingly organized! There are also no problems with food at the hotel, buffet, a variety of dishes, personally I will really miss the pancakes, which is why it was there that they were just fantastic! There is a children's menu! To understand how wonderful this place (park-hotel) is, you should definitely visit it! Of course I have nothing to compare with, I have been to few places, but as they say: "We do not need a Turkish coast ....."! We will definitely be back next year! Lovely hotel! We were very surprised at the high level of service. All the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Of course, you need to understand that a 4 * hotel and not all services are included in All Inclusive, as well as the design of the territory, buildings, SPA, dining room, has a Soviet flavor (but where is without the great and mighty USSR?). But the main thing here is nature, sea, sunsets, cleanliness, silence and comfort of the rooms. Thanks!

A great place to stay with children. When our own people have already grown, sometimes the number of children per square meter is annoying. The food is varied and tasty, there are always enough sun loungers on the beach. If not for the "bloom", the perfect sea for a person who does not swim very well. In general, the impressions are the most positive.

I liked the hotel very much. Huge territory. Lots of entertainment. Particular attention is paid to children, both on the beach and on the very territory of the hotel, including in the pool. Purely family friendly place. In the evening, entertainment is first for children, then for adults. Men will especially love it as it is all inclusive and unlimited beer. The food in the dining room is buffet style. There are no restrictions. The food is many and varied, ranging from cereals and everything else. I slept through breakfast, you can eat nuggets, french fries, pancakes on the territory .. lemonade, kvass is also unlimited

I really liked the hotel; it's perfect for families, especially children. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very polite, the rooms were clean, and there was plenty of food and snacks. We had a great time. However, I do have one complaint. We returned from an excursion in the evening and ordered a hot set from the Sakura sushi bar. It was hastily made, all identical, and tasteless. (((Even though they advertised four different types, they were quite expensive, but I don't think I've ever eaten worse. Also, one piece had an uncleaned 🍤 with the tail sticking out. Something needs to be done about this, otherwise it ruins the overall impression of the hotel. They definitely need a new sushi chef!!! Definitely!!!

We went to this hotel after canceling our trip to Greece and then Turkey. It's a wonderful family hotel. The children's entertainment is significantly better than in 4-5* hotels in Greece and Turkey (we've been to both several times). The food is a little less varied than abroad, but everything is very tasty, including the mid-course meals. Whole-grain coffee is always available. Alcoholic beverages include beer, wine, and champagne. Beer is drinkable, as is dry red wine. Everything else (semi-sweet wine and champagne are best avoided). The beach is magnificent with sun loungers and canopies. Beautiful grounds with a good sports complex specializing in MMA. The only issues we had were with the less-than-perfect mattress in the room and the pool heating, as they assured us on the phone that the pool would definitely be 28 degrees Celsius. In fact, by the end of a sunny day, it was 25-26 degrees Celsius. Considering the cool May weather and the cold wind, it was a bit chilly for the child.
