Location: close to the embankment of Anapa, a 10 km from the airport, 1 km from the pump room and 3 km from the railway station.

We are not welcome here! They didn’t give towels, upon request they brought two gray towels, the bed linen was as if it had already been used: mint and all stained, the window was broken and closed with great difficulty, the tulle curtain was torn, and the night curtains cover only half of the window (and if window to the east?...), the toilet paper holder is broken and does not hold it, hangers and towel hooks are broken, breakfasts are very poor, there is no water in the cooler, no iron in the ironing board, telephone connection only via Wi-Fi ... the location of the hotel is good, quiet green area, everything is nearby, it looks good from the outside

The hotel is very economical. Of course, if you want to have a budget vacation in Anapa, in the city center, then this is for you. And for me, as for a business trip, the hotel leaves much to be desired. Breakfast, advertised as a buffet, is very poor. The Studio has two rooms. Living room and bedroom. A spacious balcony. 3 towels per person. Otherwise it's two stars. A very good two star.

Good hotel, friendly staff. The rooms have a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, toilet + shower, hairdryer, telephone with city access. The bed linen is white, and so are the towels. But there are also disadvantages - a very unpleasant musty smell in the room.
The dining room and utensils are very clean, the food is delicious. There is an aquarium with beautiful fish. The beach, of course, is far away, but the center. Near the market, shops, banks, cafes, cinema and bus station. I was satisfied with my vacation!

Wonderful, polite staff. Delicious breakfasts were. The room as a whole is not bad (we had a 2-bed standard terrace), there is an air conditioner, a refrigerator, TV, the only negative is that there was a musty smell. I thought it was due to the fact that when they leave the room, they turn off the refrigerator and it naturally defrosts and leaks, but because ventilation is not much, all this dampness then goes out. Because when we drove into the room, the carpet around the fridge was damp. But the maid very quickly responded to my request to do something. It is evident that although not everything is perfect, but at least they try to create conditions so that they are comfortable. Well done!
