Nice and tidy hotel. Has an outdoor pool, kitchen, rooms are well built and furnished. There's an AC in every room, of course. Walls are a bit thin, so very loud kids can be heard, but it's the kids' parents problem. :) It's not a problem for me anyway.

A good hotel, the price is up to standard. There is a secure parking, breakfast. Rooms are clean, there is everything you need. I would also like that there was a kettle and tea pairs in the room.

I want to note that at the beginning the reservation was in another hotel, but I have never regretted that we settled here. Despite the fact that we were settled in the basement (at that time all the rooms were occupied, and we needed this particular area), I had a lot of doubts: I was afraid that it would be stuffy there, maybe even humid, again in basement, this is the lack of a balcony ... BUT !!!!! All my doubts were in vain !!! Very good hosts, attentive to the guests. The room turned out to be dry, very comfortable, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, there is a TV, air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, dryer, hairdryer, towels. There is also a large shared kitchen in the basement with everything you need, it is possible to wash things for a nominal fee. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool, a recreation area with sun loungers, barbecue and tables. There is a small parking lot. Recommend!!!!

An excellent guest house, friendly hosts, thank you so much Antonina for her work, Sergey Mikhailovich for her hospitality. Shops are nearby, there is a kitchen, always clean dishes, you can ask for a laundry service with high-quality powder, the hotel owners do not save on guests. I recommend this place for a lovely, cozy home experience. Orion Plus is just a truly stellar place. Vasily and I had a great rest.

We spent a week at the hotel in early January.
Stayed in an apartment with a large kitchen-living room and two bedrooms. Friends stayed in one-room and two-room rooms.
This was the best option for us, because came in a large company, stayed in several rooms, and cooked together in our room in their own kitchen. The table easily accommodated 10 people. The living room is very spacious and it was very comfortable for all together. The room has an exit to a courtyard with a barbecue and a swimming pool (it did not work in winter), which are available to all guests.
The room was very warm, clean and spacious.
The hotel is new, so the apartment could have had more dishes and lacked a dishwasher, but probably not many guests use the kitchen as actively.
The hotel has a large communal kitchen with two refrigerators, ovens and a dishwasher, which is available 24 hours a day.
I liked the attentive attitude of the staff, who tried to fulfill all requests.
The sea is not far away, but you have to go down to it from the high coast.
