Let me start by saying I'm not picky, so I didn't pay much attention to the little things.
Cons: The coffee in the dining room is terrible, more like poison than anything else; it's best not to try it. I don't know about other rooms, but our shower head doesn't have an adjustable tilt, so it's impossible to shower without spilling the floor; the spray is too high.
Pros: Close to the sea, a nice pool, really heated, lots of activities for children, practically all day long, plenty of places to relax: swings and benches. The sun loungers are in good condition, towels are provided, and the grounds are clean and well-maintained.
There aren't many cafes or shops nearby, but you can walk there if you want.
I think the hotel lives up to its expectations and the price. I've written the cons in the hopes that management will read these and address these little things that spoil my mood every day.

A beautiful courtyard with a fountain, swings, and a pool.
Breakfast is included and is quite passable, but we also paid for dinner. Dinners are terrible: we arrive at 4:00, and there are only two coleslaws available. You ask for two cutlets with your mashed potatoes, but you can't have them. There's no tea. If you have a choice, just go for breakfast.
The mirrors in the rooms are chipped. The shower leaks onto the floor.
By the pool, there's a sign saying don't jump off the sides, but everyone jumps. On Mondays, the pool is cleaned before 1:00 PM, but everyone swims, and there's no cleaning.
The girls at reception are clueless and can't make any decisions.
Good entertainers.
It's a 15-minute walk to the sea.
There's no private beach.

We were deceived! We booked a room for several weeks, I asked questions - they answered me. Everything suited us and we went. Upon arrival, they checked us in (room 1 was cold, one air conditioner out of two worked), we changed clothes and went downstairs, and lo and behold we find out that the pool is not heated!!! Although on all the websites and at the boarding house there is a sign HEATED POOL... we asked a question about this, but no one really answered there. Then we returned to the room, put the children's food in the refrigerator and after a couple of hours the food was very frozen, we had to throw it out. The friction point - the children's room was littered!!!! The child played only on the outdoor playground, and even then he got a bad cut on a low-quality slide. The only plus is the large and beautiful canteen, where they feed deliciously, but it was not worth it, we packed up and left early. The May holidays are ruined.

Wonderful place for a vacation with kids! There is a great playground, a kids pool, an adult pool, a bar, a hamam, loungers and swings. The water in pools is super warm, so you can really enjoy swimming. There is a cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are nice, cozy and clean. There is a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, lamps, and an air conditioner. A fan and an iron are given at the reception if you need it, so they are shared. The hotel is located in a guarded territory with a parking. The staff is very nice, helpful, hardworking and quick!

It was the most wonderful holiday ever! We were in July 2021. Great staff, Olga administrator, and the kitchen is divine, delicious! Chefs need to put 10 points. Clean, cozy, comfortable, great animation, clean area!

We have been resting in "Rusich" 3 times and will definitely come. Very beautiful area, well-groomed, lots of greenery, flowers, everything is there for children: playground, heated pool, table tennis. The animation is just wonderful: the child is busy all day with creativity, outdoor games , in the evening a mini disco. The animator Lada led the animation at a very high level and even during her little breaks she still played and devoted time to children, and in her eyes there was love for children, which is very rare. helpful and friendly people. I liked the breakfasts, lunches and dinners are good for a small fee, there is a bar. I arranged a room with a balcony completely. Words of gratitude for the excellent work of the maid - 3 floors In the building, clean, not intrusive, cultural (for the first time a worthy person in this position welcomed, the whole family appreciated) .Thanks to all the staff for the rest !!!

The hotel was good in may 2015 otdohnuli well the only thing that sound lame and not enough in the pool heating ((( well, the bar to fake cheerful with a bar and light music is bylby exactly Paradise.

Really liked vacationing family(me, wife, daughter, son) the pools are clean and cozy. The staff helpful, the food in the dining room well, and most importantly no heartburn :) interesting fountain, fell asleep every night to the sound of the "waterfall". Beautiful well-groomed territory. Only minus is the distance from a city's infrastructure, but it is also a plus, every day was walking through a beautiful street in the city.

Excellent ECO building, everything is new. Polite staff, all questions were answered via WhatsApp. The price includes 3 meals a day, according to previous reviews there is nothing to add, they are fed with a bang. Everything is very tasty and satisfying
