We rested with our family in Alfa for the first time in June from 6 to 18. The hotel is cozy, room # 25 (blue tones) is comfortable, spacious, clean. The room was cleaned regularly, towels changed, bedding, no complaints. In the courtyard there is a playground, a trampoline, a live rabbit))) The children were busy playing. The indoor pool is very pleased, always clean and fun for adults and children. Separately, I want to thank the animators Ksyusha and Alexei, who constantly entertained the children. They did it sincerely, with soul. From the very morning, exercises in the courtyard to the music, board games in the gazebo, creative workshop, aqua aerobics, evening animation / disco and a game of "mafia". Every day is new and interesting. Animators work at 200%. I also liked the cafe on the territory, everything is tasty and varied + there is a children's corner with an interactive panel, the children eat and are busy while the adults eat up)). Thanks to Alina and Maxim from the distribution, the guys are always friendly and friendly. Natasha at the checkout is also always positive and ready to solve any issue. The administrator Olga Yuryevna and the rest of the staff love their work very much and we, the guests, they do not have impossible situations. Everyone works hard and we appreciate it. We rested with you from 20.06.21 to 30.06.21. Number 5. I liked everything! Clean, cozy and fun! Children remember with joy the cheerful animators Ksyusha and Alexei. I can't say anything about the hotel. But the angel of taste left only negative emotions from the visit. Let's start ... 03.08 we decided to have dinner with the family in a new place, the choice fell on the angel of taste. We order a portion of children's dumplings, Cuba libre cocktail, pizza angel of taste - that's not all, but it was delicious, though the pizza was brought 45 minutes after the order. Now the most interesting Wok with shrimp, as it is loudly called, but in fact the shrimp that you need to look for under a microscope in the lake of oil, in reality there is just a huge amount of oil in the plate, photos are attached as they say. Black Sea mussels in the doors, half of which are closed and the wait is 50 minutes. The service is polite, but the waiters only work at their own table, dirty dishes are running around, they don’t pay attention. I highly recommend this cafe.

A wonderful hotel for families with children. Correction, I want to add a negative review of the cafe "Angel of taste". Ugly service, uncoordinated work of the staff. Forgot about the order on 07/27/21, cooked pizza for 1.5 hours from 20.00 to 21.30. And this is not the first time.

The hotel is good! For children there is all the animation, swimming pool, sea 5 min. The hotel has a dining room. The staff is helpful, always helpful. Linen and towels are clean, there is a cooler and an ironing board on the floor. Recommend!

On stormy days, you can take a dip in the indoor pool, dine in the gazebo in the fresh air, and in the evenings sit outdoors with a glass of wine and admire the stars while your children have fun with the animators, because one of the most invaluable advantages of the hotel is the guests themselves, the children they play and communicate with each other, which, coupled with daily competitions and events in which adults can also take part, create a pleasant and unforgettable atmosphere.

A very great place for a family vacation. Clean and refurbished rooms with everything not to worry. If not, the hotel management solves issues almost instantly in order to brighten up our vacation. There is everything, albeit a small area: comfort and a place to relax, a playground and even a swimming pool. The food is excellent, so is the mood. Thanks you! All the best and see you next year.
