Booked a room for July, the trip was more than satisfied. Gorgeous hotel! The room is modern, clean, beautiful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and made for the convenience of the residents. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with good cuisine; I especially liked the breakfast buffet. On the territory there are swimming pools, several equipped areas for children's leisure. I would also like to note an interesting animation: every day there were various games, yoga, aqua aerobics, and all with fervent music. The staff is polite, pleasant and responsive. In general, the quality of service is at the level of European hotels. We will definitely come to Arkhipovo-Osipovka again ☺️

Very worthy hotel =) Three stars plus! Service super! The staff couldn't be more polite. Buffet. The hotel itself is very new, built in 2019.
More suitable for families. Gorgeous!

A very pleasant trip experience. Attitude towards guests is the most important trump card of the hotel. Everything is new, clean, great restaurant. A family hotel, a hotel for children and there is everything for people with disabilities. (but they did not meet people with disabilities themselves).

We came with a dog, for an additional fee. The site says that pets are allowed, but while living at the hotel they constantly listened to comments. The soundproofing in the hotel is poor, you can hear when they slam the doors and when they leave the elevator (they lived next to the elevator), the dog reacted to these sounds and barked, again making comments. On the territory of the hotel you can not walk the dog, again make comments. You are afraid to leave the room, otherwise it will suddenly ruin the door.

We wanted to visit last year, but it didn't work out due to the pandemic) New hotel, spacious rooms with modern furniture. Three swimming pools (one large and two for children). Works on the "all inclusive" system. Of the minuses: a tiny reception area, little space in the cafe. Well, our people cannot be altered ... a towel on a sunbed, but on the sea themselves) in the best traditions))
