Three of us rested: two adults and a child of 10 years old.

Pros:
Small but well-groomed area.
Nice furniture in the room. Pool. Delicious coffee (can be ordered from the owner).

Minuses:
Far from the sea.
Incomprehensible restrictions at the hotel. In particular: do not enter the room wearing shoes, leave them near a common staircase on the street. Our room was on the second floor. The pool deck is for barefoot use only. Everyone has a different attitude towards public places and walking barefoot ... This is an inappropriate requirement for us.
There was not even soap in the room. Purchase garbage bags and, accordingly, take out the garbage yourself. Cleaning was not carried out even once. Lingerie, too, has not been changed even once. Although the contract stated: cleaning every three days and change of linen every 5 days. NEVER! We had a voucher for 10 days. Broken tap in the bathroom. It was necessary to shut off the hot water supply completely, otherwise there was a strong hum, in which it was impossible even to sleep. Turned on immediately before use and then immediately turned off. Perhaps someone does not consider this a problem - to climb under the sink in the wall and constantly turn on / off this faucet. We consider this a significant drawback!
The dining room was located in another place, called Dacha. Perhaps there will be renovations, but at the moment, it is not clear what ... wooden tables, benches ... covered with some kind of tarpaulin, when it rained, water poured from the ceiling ... Regarding the food itself: two dishes per person plus a drink. The bun was considered one dish. It is clear that to each his own. Something I liked, some I didn't.
