We stopped in mid-August for one day. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the water park. When checking in, the administrator explained how to use the keys for a long time and advised them to leave them outside at the door, because if you forget them inside, you won’t open the door outside, only with a spare key, but this is for a fee. The pool is cold, the playground is in poor condition. On the territory are broken benches and swings. The room has a smell of sewage. It seemed that no one washed the sink, full of hair and other debris. In the morning, we asked to use a microwave to warm the children’s food, and we got the answer: you didn’t order dinner and breakfast in our cafe, so you can’t use a microwave. It’s good that we were there just one day, we won’t go anymore

Didn't like it - the smell of dampness, not very clean, the playground is dead. I liked it - the pool, there are tables and a barbecue on the street under the roof, the order is very convenient, everything is within walking distance of a water park, a zoo, an aquarium, a dolphinarium, beaches, grocery stores and pharmacies, canteens and cafes

Close to the sea. Within walking distance are the supermarkets "Pyaterochka" and "magnet", a water park and a dolphinarium, an oceanarium and a park of the Jurassic period. The hotel staff is friendly, smiling, friendly. Prices are acceptable. granddaughters of 10 and 3 years old. Very satisfied. Thank you very much from the soul. I would recommend everyone who wants to relax in Dzhubga, the hotel "Arcadia".

Good hotel for families with children. Responsive staff, very tasty and inexpensive food, excellent attitude to children. Beautiful landscaped courtyard with a clean, large swimming pool, labyrinth, BBQ, billiards. Thank you for a great vacation to all the friendly and wonderful team that works there.

Staff: 5+ The room in which we lived with a balcony very much, clean and bright. Pleased with the presence of TV and air conditioner. We didn’t use the fridge, but it wasn’t in the room. The pool is free.
